Howdy peeps:seeya: I'm refreshed and ready for ALV to just finish her Travis bash so we can all spend our weekend fantasizing about Juan taking the stage and pull her theory apart....Funny thing is I believe I spent last Thursday thinking the same thing:waiting::waiting::waiting::waiting:

And guess what we'll probably be doing next Thursday too... :waiting::waiting::waiting::waiting:

DT/ALV is going to get slower the closer they get to June 4.

OMG! Watching HLN, and seeing the Cindy Anthony 911 call.

NO WONDER the Travis murder didn't make the major headlines.

That call was 5 DAYS after Travis was found! Holy crap!

No that call was approximately 36 days after Travis was found... Travis found June 9 - Cindy Anthony 911 July 15

Has anyone seen any tweets saying ALV has arrived?

No, she usually rolls in last minute. Even Juan doesn't know if she is sick or if she will be here this morning. We must wait.

Can this trial possibly get any more ridiculous?

Honestly...

Probably will as soon as the witness takes the stand...wait for it, wait for it....

Don't get me wrong, I don't like her nor do I respect her. I think her behavior during the trial has been atrocious.

I guess I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt, probably much too often. I'm not always the best judge of character. Trust me, it's a character flaw. :)

And that's the difference, H.O.

After watching her laugh at TA's murder and her daughter's slander defense, I have no doubt about her character.

Jodi's mother did not kill Travis. It's really that simple.

Exactly. As a mother of a troubled kid, your life is always spent worrying about the troubled child. You are only as happy as your saddest child.
Sandy is living in hell and probably has been for a long time. Giggling may
simply be a stress relief. I could not sit there like she is. I would be way too
upset to be in the courtroom. I cannot imagine the horror that Sandy is living in right now. JA killed TA not SA. Cut the lady some slack. Her life is hell.

I do think that Sandy and sis should behave better in the courtroom.

I think she's petrified of JM and the cross he's going to give her. She might be sick for a while. I hope not!!

If I were in her shoes with the tummy issues and all - I would not eat a thing before court, take tons of Pepto or Immodium just to make sure I didn't have any emergencies. I would feel absolutely horrible to have caused a disruption in the trial because I had bathroom issues, I would do everything possible to prevent it. I hope she's done the same this time.

Please, for those of us who can't watch or hear, what is going on?

Yea, look at Flores when he talked to Jodi. Imagine what he went thru later when the evidence started falling into place and he realized he had been sitting across from a monster. :furious:

I don't think he had any doubt from the get-go he was sitting across from a monster. That's why his composure impresses and amazes me.

Jenkasaurus just took her seat. She has a cool shiny metallic silver dress thingy on. Very flashy. #JodiArias

Hi everyone here. I have been reading your posts for a long time and have enjoyed the intelligent and insightful interaction that is seen here. Never had any intention of joining in but as this marathon trial drags out the need to express myself has reached its zenith.

Random but while we wait, I just saw a tweet that O.J. Simpson has the same birthday as Jodi Arias....very interesting. I need to plan any of my future off-spring's birthdates for far away from that date.

This has probably been mentioned before... but i didnt see anything. But anyways, Ive been thinking about back when JA fired her lawyers and wanted to represent herself. That means she would of had access to any books on pedophilia, domestic violence, and anything else she wanted to research and build her story. What also worries me is that she would of also had access to all the evidence as well. We have seen her sneaky stuff in court like sitting on the notebook and all. Could she have changed writings in her journal to fit her story? or anything else for that matter. Maybe certain pages go missing. I dont know, just a thought i had. Bottom line is I dont think she ever really intended on representing herself but did it to delay the trial... again. and mainly to have access to the evidence and research domestic violence so she could add details to her story and have it go along with certain emails and what not. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

No, but she thinks it's pretty funny, and that her daughter's lying defense thereof is downright hilarious -- especially while Samantha and Tanisha are in obvious pain.

It's really that simple.
