I'm getting the feeling that Alyce is tired of repeating her answers to fit with 'abuse'. She's starting to just answer yes and no. Wilmott is asking and answering her own questions.

Willmott is just so irritating the way she questions the witness. Her voice and demeanor is un-attorney-like, and she sounds high schoolish. JMO

I absolutely detest the way she says "arrite". It sounds so unprofessional and it grates all over my nerves!

Text messages 3/30/08 - argument going on between JA and TA . . . TA is upset because JA hung up on him . . . she hung up because he was swearing @ her.

these texts last 35 - 40 min . . . JA was able to hang up on TA after swearing - she is able to start to have some boundaries with him . .. further evidence of her pulling away from him - she is able to distance with boundaries. . . . she completely out of relationship? no not @ all.

on 4/1/08 - right after argument of 3/30 - TA text @ 5:45 - he will miss JA - he apologizes and says she is fantastic person.

April 2008 = it is month JA leaves . . . something else important about 4/1 text -impression is if he had treated her half as well as she deserved they would not have had argument. - getting an apology from this.

Seems the Defense is doing nothing to endear themselves to the Jurors. I would be highly offended at the suggestion I may be lying and watching coverage. Add the long, drawn out, boring, fantasy questioning/testimony!!!! Oh and the fact I am aware of what the Witnesses are being paid :furious: Jurors are emotionally invested in Trials. Well the vast majority are.

I've noticed, recently, that JW and ALV have been stuttering when they start to say "Travis" and correct themselves to say "Mr Alexander". That hasn't been happening all along has it? I wonder if JM asked that they not be able to refer to him by his first name?

I think Jodi is the most nosy snooper of all snoopers that have ever walked the earth and I think that's why she is so paranoid about people (her parents) going through her things. She probably thinks everyone is like that. She was all over that interrogation room in the videos.... messing around with papers, the trash can, the recorders and lord knows what else.

I'm sure this has been said many times already, but I have a hard time reading here and watching testimony at the same time. ALV looks very unwell to me. As for ALV not seeing any indication of stalking behavior in JA's journals....of course not!! I wouldn't think JA would write in her journal about her stalking behavior.
