Big news Juror #5 is back to watch!!!!

WOW, Juror #5 is in the courtroom watching from the gallery as per HLN.

  • #342
Hahahaha! Check the look on Donavan's face.

I'm not sure why she feels the need to be there - she can watch online like the rest of us. Maybe she's feeling defiant?

My guess is that she feels wounded and invested. She's permitted to be there, more power to her. IMO:twocents:

well so much for #5 not wanting or getting attention. why can't she watch on line? i know it's public place but dang girl. moo

  • #345
She shouldn't be there for the above reason, there is something about her personality that doesn't know how to behave and she should stop using her own judgement in regards to this trial and err on the side of caution. It's a distraction for the jury to have her there, her presence effects them more than anyone, and they need to focus of the trial.

Attention seeking, it's not about her, or the jury .. it's about what happened to Travis.

IMO - Juror #5 has every right, as a private citizen, to attend the trial now--she has given 3 months of her life to this circus and is entitled to see how it all plays out, in living color

Haven't we already talked about character assassination? What is this ground hog day?! I might need a valium....

Big FU to the Defense by Juror #5. Thanks for making a public announcement, Judge. Glad JA got to hear that.

  • #348
#5 alive! !!!!

  • #349
Camera man must read here...LOL!!

He/she KNOWS exactly what we wanted!!!

There she is. CUTE girl!

Haha Speaking of DP's trial, can you imagine if the jurors started coming in color coordinated clothes next week?!

Nurmi would cry mistrial on grounds for prejudice because Jodi doesn't like that color. Doesn't matter what the color is. Also, it shows collusion/quote The League. Collusion means automatic erasure. /paraphrasing The League.

huh - not really how I pictured her. (J5)

  • #352
What is character assassination? Really?

ALV: Yes, that's what I'm doing to Mr. Alexander.

  • #353
I don't like that she is sitting on the defense side of the room.

  • #354
oh - what the DT is doing to Travis

  • #355
Character Assassination - yes that's is what is happening in the courtroom...Oh, they didn't ask me...sorry...

  • #356
Possibly.

But she still should have remained objective.

I am sure she knows that males are also victims of abuse even though she advocates for women only it seems.

IMO

No sure either, but wait until JM has her attention.

I bet she turns into a great witness for the prosecution.

OK Vinnie just stole my question!

It just boggles my mind that ALV seems to actually believe every word that has come out of Jodi's mouth.

I don't think, no matter what my job was or how much I was paid, that I could put my own credibility on the line for someone that is a COURTROOM APPROVED ADMITTED LIAR!

It doesn't matter what she believes, she's doing the job she signed up for. Just like the defense attorneys.

Remember. KDDJ often sits on that side too--- before y'all go crazy.....she looks like someone I woulg hang with.

Juror #5 and I share the same haircut.... not color, just cut. :rocker:
