Checking in for the first time today. Juror #5 is there in the courtroom? And that's ok?! First, I would run as fast and as far as I could from that courthouse, singing, "I'm free! I'm free!" Second, if her presence was so upsetting to the defense when she was on the jury, wouldn't it also be offensive when she is off the jury?

Interesting. She must not have a full time job, and my guess is that she must be planning a book.

So it is okay for you and me to be addicted to this trial but Tri color can't be?
We have a right to find out all this information and watch the trial but she doesn't?

So my hubby who knows high level details of the case (not a trial watcher like me) stopped and listened for a few minutes while AL READ what TA wrote to JA. He says he doesn't get how this helps JA. That it all shows more and more motive for PREMEDITATION.

JW and ALV having a gigglefest is horribly disrespectful to the court and victim's family.
This is not the drum circle at some 1970's women's empowerment retreat.
I am disgusted with the content, style and length of this testimony.
Shameful.
