Whoa.... I am just concerned that her presence might be seen as antagonistic to the defense and might cause a mistrial. She has every right to be addicted to the trial like we are...from her computer. I just don't want anything to interfere with justice in this case. We're on the same side here! Chill!

if it was going to cause a mistrial the judge wouldn't have let her in.

She stated 2-3 times early on that she was the single mother of 2 small children in the 1970s. I don't know how she obtained the children, but given the time period, she probably obtained them in the usual manner.

I think Laviolette is the surname of her ex spouse.

My hope for Juan being up today is all gone. They will drag the day of June 4 out and won't finish until Monday.
