Husband and I were just talking about Snow White and he said, well she did have to clean after seven men. I said she wasn't going to stay there rent free, everyone had to work and besides in the Disney version she made all the woodland animals do her work either with her or for her.

With each witness, the DT thinks they are so clever thinking the can strike first and level JM's cross. They did it with Jodi. They did it with RS asking first about his impropriety in NJ, then he came out with the book stuff and the compassion stuff. Did it today too.

JW: Do you have memory problems?

I agree with this. She stood strong and made a point today but she needs to stay home and watch it since it's become apparent that she will not be left alone. Heck the cameraman couldn't keep off of her. When I saw that, it made me change my mind about her being there.

Agree. At first I was thrilled. It was brought up by one of the talking heads it could be a problem if there is any eye contact with #5 and any of the Jurors. Based on how the Defense and Jodie have been watching Jurors I think it best she watch from home.

and btw I am absolutely 100+% for this defendant and any other defendant past, present or future to have their right fulfilled of competent counsel for their day in court.. it is not at all Jenny W's occupation that I take issue with, as her job is an absolute necessity in our justice system and by God I know its a difficult job(times a thousand with a Jodi Arias client).. what I take great issue with is Jenny W's absolute inappropriate, and even downright disrespectful thumbing her nose at the victims 100+% INNOCENT family members..and IMO its exactly that, that she has done repeatedly throughout this trial!

JVM implies that there might be concern that ALV is more elderly or something about gender, and asks whether Juan should go easy on her. That is insulting implying people of certain age or gender are fragile.

RS didn't seem to have a problem with it and he's in the same ballpark. So we should have different standards for women?

SO WHEN did she start acting all weird and her friends were calling her Mom in the middle of the night? Something doesn't jive with this whole story!
So, she dated Matt for 2 years then Darryl for 4 years and they NEVER noticed she was sad or bipolar or anything. I asked this yesterday too. I need a timeline but doubt I'll ever get a TRUE one.:banghead:

Did anyone notice that the JW turned DS over to JM at the end of the day...the last 30 minutes. I wonder if that was to get an idea of the direction that JM was going to take..so they could prepare over the weekend?

I dont think they know how to prepare now..JM didnt really show his cards.

ITA - They did this last time too. They think they're going to catch him unprepared and unable to make a point in the half hour they leave him. It has back-fired on them twice now! Man, that "professional" unbiased witness made herself quite clear in under 30 minutes, didn't she!

I see him equating the fairy tale and how it fits to so many things. I love it.

If I may clarify: I think JM has gone out of his way to be bold, brash, aggressive, etc. He most definitely has been in every Defense witness' face (primarily women). I tend to believe that when he wraps it all up he will be able to state that even while displaying a similar behavior that Travis has been accused of possessing, he is still alive and all of TA's accusers are still alive and no one has snapped due to his behavior or brutally killed anyone. And no one has labeled him an abuser thus far, b/c if they did, that would be simply inane. Hope that makes sense. If not, well, blame it on the ninja's.
