I've stopped trying to read Jodi's day-to-day emotions. She's borderline and can change from happy to sad to angry in a nano-second.

I'm surprised she hasn't broken out in song yet.. silent night, god bless america, dido.. whenever the mood strikes. :floorlaugh:

She's justifying her continuum rather than answering the question.

ALV: Mr. Martinez, Mr. Martinez, Mr. Martinez, Mr. Martinez... she's trying to get under his skin by repeating his name over and over. It's condescending in the way she's using it.

YES! This is the Juan we know and love.

"Are you done?" Love it!

JM: Why bring the continuum up if you didn't use it in your assessment?

  • #1,066
It is NOT appropriate to continue to address JM as "Mr. Martinez". This is utterly facetious on her part.

2 minutes until the official lunch time.

Wow, has juror #5 contacted any of you.
But Arizona doesn't spring ahead for DST so it is an hour to lunch here. :)

Where's our split-screen? I LOVED that!

  • #1,072
LMAO...she didn't use it?

Then why did we spend 2 hours discussing it?

  • #1,073
damn.

She's trying to back away from her continuum

"I'm not someone who lumps a diagnosis". Huh? She doesn't do diagnoses right?
