Kirk Nurmi filed another motion for mistrial based on prosecutorial misconduct this morning. I assume that was the in-chambers topic.

Nurmi is scared -- of the upcoming gas can testimony. He's desperate for a mistrial.

Judge is ticking me off. I wish she'd make the witness answer the question the way it's asked instead of letting her ramble on and then letting her ramble on some more when JM points that out to her.

I thought she was actually going to toughen up today with that. :/
