Kinda wishing Martinez would get to the point of the ridiculous defense in this case. Anyone else? She's gonna be on the stand forever at this rate. I'd rather get to the point of why we're here a little quicker. jmt

First, chronologically he has to address her qualifications and tear apart her method used in her analysis and conclusions about Jodi's claim of domestic violence and I think he is doing an excellent job.

What percentage of women does she want us to believe are abused? It would seem just about all of us

Third time with the glasses already!! Geesh!!

  • #1,684
Wish the judge would tell the Defense to pop a squat and say no you may not approach

Wonder why he is harping on Chaitanya like this? There were others that Ms. LV judged as well.

maybe she's testifying in rebuttal?

Seriously, you don't have your glasses? WTH is up with that?

OMG Those damn glasses :furious:

How she can "call" herself an expert is beyond me. She doesn't even act professionally on the stand. She should give the same amount of respect to the other side as she does to the side that she's testifying for. And address the prosecutor as sir/maam, not Mr./Mrs. She doesn't seem to want to give an unbiased account of domestic violence.

And bring your glasses to the stand.

Can someone buy her a rope chain for her glasses? She never has them when she takes the stand.

I never got this right. Thru ALV testimony was it said that TA thought about suicide?

I was off and on when I thought that was claimed.

Yes, IIRC she mentioned this on direct as well.

That woman doesn't seem like a happy camper

  • #1,693
We all know that there is a definite "pattern" to the enormous web of lies that Jodi wrote in her journals, in texts, emails, etc. and what she testified to on the witness stand.

  • #1,694
OMG. Everyday! Why doesn't she take her glasses up there with her? She knows she will have to read something.

Bringing a difficult witness under control is a bit like horse-breaking. Sounds like JM is doing it masterfully.

I picture fishing...trying to reel in a 41 inch Muskie

He is harping because she tried to say that Travis was SUICIDAL when she wouldnt come over. And that was obviously a joke that she tried to misrepresent.

You would think that by now she would have reading glasses readily available, stall, stall, stall.

  • #1,698
OMG...for realz......!!!!,

Again....3rd time now she has had to go get her glasses....I have to sit on my hands now:floorlaugh:

  • #1,699
Again? The judge needs to ask her if she has her glasses when she gets up there this is just getting stupid now. She knows she may need her glasses.

Did anybody just catch her 'quizzical' look towards the DT table???
