Recall on direct she used that email to paint Travis as manipulative. Shows her lack of evaluation skills.

It wasn't her lack of evaluation skills. She took words and twisted them into what the defense wanted her to say they meant. She's not a dumb woman. She knows EXACTLY what she was doing, and she didn't care.

This is a case of her wanting to save a woman. And not caring that it was a man who was murdered.

She stated on direct that she doesn't use e-mail, or IM's. So how can she possibly have the experience of talking to someone that way, to even be able to judge others. It's like trying to tell someone how to use a cell phone if you've never even used a cell phone before. It makes no sense to me.

Especially with young people. The way they IM and text is a generational thing. It is hard to understand their lingo, jokes, etc.

I always used to snoop my DD's IMs and texts and it was hard to really get a handle on what all they were trying to say.

Travis was not a woman -- she can't expect him to respond to a female stalker in the same way that a woman would to a male stalker.

Travis foolishly continued on in a relationship with a female stalker because of sex, but that doesn't erase the stalking and that doesn't erase the fact that Travis is DEAD and Jodi is NOT. What is the worst outcome of stalking -- MURDER!
