He's Jodi's friend to whom -- we all believe -- she was trying to send those secret, coded messages in the magazine (you know, the ones NSA wouldn't even crack :floorlaugh. She testified that she believes MM would never betray her & Juan reminded her of that in his cross.

See...the thing is, many male abusers are misogynistic - and I believe that's what she's basing much of her assumption off of. Here's the problem (apart from the obvious, of course) it isn't relegated to just looking at women as solely sexual beings. There is a deep level of disdain towards almost every single woman in their lives - mother, sisters, and sometimes even daughters too. Not playful, joking flirtation but a very enmeshed immense disrespect across the board that's very difficult for them to conceal.

And I well believe she knows that - but it obviously doesn't fit with her theory if Travis deeply loved his sisters and practically worshiped MumMum.

I think she shares some narcissistic control traits with Miss Jodi. Refusing to answer "yes or no" is an opportunity to show contriol and an opportunity to direct the question the way the narcissist wants it said.

Well, that's the problem. I am not really sure how the defense got exhibits of emails admitted that the jury can not see, and we can't either. But they were allowed to talk about them and cherry pick what they wanted with this so called DV expert. So now, Juan has to cross examine her on content that we cannot see. All this talk about context, which Alyce is the self appointed arbiter of, makes no sense because no one else is allowed to determine the context for themselves. Just does not seem right.

She's been paid $300 per hour, at least $11,000 so far. She should know these documents and be prepared to testify in court. She claims to be an "expert" and that is her job. JMO

Remember that Jodi doesn't have actual "emotions." She's all about presenting herself the way she wants to be seen, in this case as confident and assured. Means nothing, really.

I have goosebumps like I've never had them before. He was already afraid of her...she was probably listening in to his conversations....I'm in tears here.

By the sounds of it, she had access to his IM account and was able to read while he was chatting with others. Creeeppy.

Poor Travis! It is so confusing how she wormed back into his life on June 4th.
It had to be blackmail. She had him backed into a corner and he didn't know how to rid himself of her.
