I am TRYING to have compassion for JA because she is SO MENTALLY ILL, but NOPE!
Can't do it. As she sits there flipping her hair, smirking and chatting with JW ...
ummm... no, no, no. Just can not manage it.

I dont have a dab of compassion for her........not one bit. I have nothing but total dislike and disdain for JA. All of my compassion is for the real victim, Travis, and his wonderful family.

She is not mentally ill and there is no evidence she is. She IS a bad seed though and evil to the core.

In my opinion it was the Defense Team the stopped ALV from speaking with anyone else because this is exactly what they wanted from ALV.

They stopped her by not allowing payment for more time to speak with anyone else and ALV went along with this.

I don't know what JM is allowed to do with this but that struck me as important too. ALV testified that she could only go on what she was given and who she was allowed to talk to. So who told her she couldn't talk to other people about Jodi, about whether she had a pattern of lying? To other girlfriends of Travis about whether they were 'vulnerable' women, about whether he was abusive, about whether he had a pattern of lying? By not being able to independently establish actual facts, her testimony is limited and biased and if those limitations were put upon her by the defense then I would think the jury needs to know that.

She seemed to form quite an attachment early on. Apologizing, sending books, and a magazine subscription. Heck, I saw a therapist for years and the only thing I got was a bill.
