What I learned in the first half of today;

1. ALV exaggerates her CV.

2. 90% of communication is non-verbal.

3. You can figure out what somebody really means with only 10% of the information.

4. Just because somebody writes that they are afraid of a stalker doesn't mean they are afraid of a stalker. Unless it's the side you're being paid by.

5. ALV can't remember things she said 4 days ago.

6. ALV is not a history major.

7. ALV is slippery. She won't give a straight answer.

Defense filed motion to exclude any evidence that may show that the shelves in Travis's closet could not have held up if JA stepped on them to retrieve the gun (as was her story).


WOW! guess they know she is soooooo busted with that especially with all the men on the jury..ok and women too. They have seen those before and know about the weight limits...all I can say is GO JUAN!

I would welcome any posters who are able to help with this task - JM is so hard to keep up with and it always helps when 2 or more do it. That way when one person misses something said - usually the other person got it.

I just love how Juan is using a soft voice--it makes ALV look like the unstable one. She tried to cynically paint Juan as a bully on Thursday. It's not happening today.

I am sooooo glad he's calling her out on her "opinions" that she made based on reading strangers' text messages. He's making her admit that she'll believe Travis on only the texts that make him fit the mold of the abuser.

And--the stalking and Travis' fear is coming in!!! :great:
