I will keep the tags updated if someone can transcribe. Thank you, wenwe!!!! :blowkiss:

I offered to try my hand at transcribing, but if you could update the tags that would be awesome because I have no idea how to do that. Is there anything I have to do about it, like leave the numbers of my posts somewhere?

She is under the impression that someone is going to hire her after this. :floorlaugh:

ALV and Dr. Samuels will be VERY busy after this trial. Lots of scummy defendants out there.

Jodi has that eerie evil look of a sociopath that will never except the truth - I see she's drawing to hold her temper back.

And when she's been glaring at Juan today, she can imagine herself with a knife in her hand.

Sure they will. She has shown she will say anything you want.

So if it's 3:15 there in Arizona, what time would that be here in Indiana 6:15? HELP! Im confused!

The text that was sent to TA was meant for another guy but it was only half the text. TA wanted to see the rest of it, the killer didn't have it, so she wrote the second half herself and sent it to him. HTH

Thank you for that--and sorry to complicate things--but I thought the discussion between ALV and Martinez concerned Jodi making up something up about someone telling her that Travis was cheating. I thought that Martinez was trying to show that what ALV interpreted as an abusive text message, was actually an outraged text message over Jodi lying.

Perhaps I'm confusing two different things ...

Jodi seems a bit more nervous and animated today. Think reality is sinking in?

Not a chance. She still thinks the jury is buying her lies.

  • #1,049
Oh come on, you don't really believe that do you? I don't. She knows full well, that Jodi is and has been a liar. She just doesn't want to admit it!

Which makes her look either foolish or incompetent.

I don't get why JM can't ask simple questions.

Example:

Ma'am - isn't it true that the only in person interviews you relied on in this case were those of JA?

And Ma'am - isn't it true that you have no independent coroboration of JA's version of events?

And Ma'am - if JA or JA's diaries are your sole source of a version of events or a story, you depend on JA telling you the truth?

And Ma'am if JA lied about a story or made up a tale about what happened wouldn't your conclusion be based on a lie?

In case you hadn't noticed, ALV refuses to answer any question he poses and tries to deflect onto a different topic. He knows what he's doing. He's been a SUCCESSFUL DA for 3 decades.

What's really odd is that she believes that Jodi JUST STARTED lying after the slaughter.

I know right! Surely......surely the ALV knows better. :banghead:
I know what thing...if i EVER need a therapist.......She is not the one!!!!!!!!

Gotta read this!!

SNIPPED"
Arias’ attorney filed a second motion asking the judge to preclude any testimony regarding the weight capacity of the shelves inside Travis Alexander’s closet.
While on the stand, Arias testified she stepped on the shelves in an attempt to grab the gun she shot Alexander with.
During cross-examination, Martinez questioned Arias about how much she weighed and implied if Arias had stepped on the shelves it would not have held her weight.
The second motion indicates evidence was collected by the state on March 5, 2013 and the motion requests to preclude any and all evidence related to any weight assessments or testing on the shelving at the place of death.
The motion reveals the State took measurements of the closet and took pictures of the shelving unit which includes an image of someone “placing weight on and/or lifting up one of the shelves that is now situated within the closet.”
The second motion states “there has been no evidence that the shelves as issue are indeed the same shelves in the same condition, nor is there any evidence that the current shelving is supported by the same pins that were present on June 4, 2008.”
The judge did not address the second motion in court on Monday.

And when she's been glaring at Juan today, she can imagine herself with a knife in her hand.

See her mumble when the Judge overrules Willmott's objections. Yuck!

Jodi seems a bit more nervous and animated today. Think reality is sinking in?

Jodi seems bouyant, excitedly feeding off ALV's passive aggressiveness.

I have to really work tomorrow and thursday. Is the testimony for the day posted on you tube each night?

I am in absolute awe of how Juan turns defense witness' to prosecution witness' so well.

Why can't ALV just say; "I evidently wasn't supplied with complete information, therefore I can't stand by my previous conclusions." She'd still get paid.

BBM: Correction - Juan turns defense witnesses into defendants. He already got her to admit she lied on her CV. Tsk Tsk. Samuels is still trying to find his get out of jail free card.

i'd be honored if he was (i'm a virgo ;) )
I have read somewhere Juan is a Virgo because I may or may not have been wondering myself. I don't know if he actually is though!
