I wonder if it has to do with the motion for mistrial heard this morning, because she was in there for a bit this morning too.
After seeing how Juan has been today ( a bit quieter ), I have a feeling that ALV said she will not continue to testify if he speaks to her 'that way'. His demeanor has just changed too much today.

That would be crazy. Do witnesses get to dictate style to Prosecutor's in AZ courts?
