This whole line of questioning is such a waste of time. It looks like a pissing contest. ALV will never give one point to JM and JM won't let it go.

He is doing his job. A job that he does exceedingly well with over 300 wins.

So what if she wants to spar. It is his job to piss further and he is showing he can. It doesn't matter if she doesn't want to answer the question direct like asked. He gets what he wants known out through his questions.

I just don't understand why some think he has to move on at their beckoning when the DT droned on for days on end. :banghead: That makes no sense to me.

I would never tell a seasoned successful Prosecutor how to try his case or criticize him for doing something he has been doing successfully for over 25 years.
