I hope the entire jury looked over at the duhfense table when they were talking about JA honestly thinking she was as smart as Einstein. Did you see her smile beaming from ear to ear? She was totally LOVING that that was brought up. She tried hiding it at first by mouthing "No" but her smile that followed (and that she obviously couldn't hide) was SO telling.

PS I also thought I heard somewhere that Einstein really wasn't all that smart or something to those effects. He was a brilliant physics person/mathmetician but I could've sworn I heard that he wasn't this huge genius that everyone thinks he is. But maybe I'm wrong.

There is a reason that he does not go right to these sensitive areas yet. This cross is a journey--a process. He has to break her down. If he prematurely goes to those important areas before he has primed her, or worked her over, he could lose the chance to get the answers he needs.

Whoa - they can move for a mistrial because JM was polite to a woman who asked him to sign her cane, but they're going to object on Jodi signing her manifesto?
Jodi was probably giving autographs around the time the television crews were interviewing her at jail?
With her Einstein-esque IQ, and her superb ability to correct the speech of those around her (including JM), it's easy to see how ALV could tell right away that Jodi had low self esteem - of course she would apologize for intruding.
