Is the sky blue? :giggle: Truth be told, I think she's antisocial and narcissistic, comorbidly, but that's just my opinion. Lots of peeps argue for BPD too but I personally just don't see it - it's again possible though for her to be comorbid with an almost endless possibility of several disorders.

Someone can be a narcissist and not have NPD though - NPD is obviously a very severe (imo also incredibly malicious and malignant) form of narcissism. 'Some' narcissism is considered by many to be healthy.

Bbm had to look that one up!

" APPROACH...":clown::clown:

This is RIDICULOUS....the DT whittled away the entire afternoon after lunch with chamber meetings...objections and endless sidebars....:furious:

:floorlaugh:

If I had a nickel for everytime I said that to a... :nevermind:

I wish I could respond appropriately , but I don't want a Time Out.

So I gather Arias wrote her manifesto in jail? If that's true then it makes her look deranged! Who cares about being 'famous' when stuck in jail for the killing of your ex-bf!?

JA would differ with the word resume, she'd call it a CV. lol
Professional corporate affiliations:
Applebees
Ruby Tuesdays
Casa Ramos, etc, etc.etc.

Until she hit the big time; i.e, The Purple Plum.

jm: the page you reviewed is an important page
alv: just read the highlighted portion, do you want me to read the whole page?
jm: yes, please review the entire page

witness reviews the entire page of #603

jm: with regard to this document, in this is the issue involving the manifesto, right?
alv: correct
jm: it's on the top upper left corner, right?
alv: yes
jm: on the margins, don't you reference the manifesto
alv: I didn't look at the margins, I just looked at what was written
jm shows her the page
jm: you reference the manifesto, right?
alv: yes
jm: in this document, the defendant asked someone called Amy to print out the last two pages of the manifesto and have them signed in case…
objection approach

jm: isn't it true that defendant signed them in case she became famous?
objection sustained
alv: in this case…
jm: it's a yes or no question
alv: I got the information from Amy and she said that
jm: so Amy is lying?
alv: no, I didn't say that
jm: all I'm asking is for the substance, and that is that she signed those pages, and you had no reason to believe Amy was lying about it

jm: Judge, do you want to do the other thing we talked about?

Judge: we're going to take the evening recess.

Thank you, here_now! :rocker: :tyou:

When the jury leaves, jodi steps to the side to see them inside the room they go in to. Looking for more reasons to get rid of the next one. Actually, while Alyce was dragging on one of her answers, Nurmi strained his neck toward backwards to look at a juror and quickly grabbed his notepad to report. That'll be tomorrow mornings motion for mistrial.

I am beginning to think that jurors should be placed in room with one way windows... where the DT nor the Defendant(s) can see them....

But keep it very comfortable... drinks, food, allowed in...

This targeting of the jurors I have never seen.. and it is getting frightening...

Who's to say a crazy defendant might send a hit man out to the jurors?

Smarter than Einstein, she probably thinks she is and is pleased that JM admitted it.

Your darn right she did. Didn't you see that huge (disgusting) smile JA had on her face for like a minute straight when JM was talking about it?? There was NO doubt that she LOVED that that was brought up.
And only JA would think that JM actually believed it enough to "admit" it. Everyone else knows JM only brought it up to show her way-too-high own self-absorbed self esteem and of course to give the jury a laugh lol.

I think getting ALV to say "I think I'm regretting ever saying that" (the 90 percent of communication comment) was HUGE. From an "expert" freaking witness? Toast. :floorlaugh::great:

Agreed. Wilmot's face was NOT happy after hearing that.

The text that was sent to TA was meant for another guy but it was only half the text. TA wanted to see the rest of it, the killer didn't have it, so she wrote the second half herself and sent it to him. HTH
Actually, I don't think it was meant for another guy. I think she sent it to Travis all along "accidentally on purpose" to make him jealous.

.

That's skeery, because I consider myself to be very anti-social. I'm so much happier with my cats, and my DH and DS. I have a handful of friends, and very limited contact to the outside world besides doctors appts, and my volunteer work.

Mostly this is because of my Diabetes and Neuropathy -- it's difficult for me to go out and act like a normal person. But really, is that an excuse? Besides, I found out rather quickly that "normal" folks don't want to hang out with someone with medical issues. So I just keep to myself.

I think many people can be labeled anti-social who don't go on to murder people. I can guarantee you I am NO Jodi Arias.
