trial day 42: the defense continues its case in chief #127

Does anybody know kinda when the juror questions were read? Beginning of day, after lunch, etc?

Obviously, the DT team and their expert witnesses tend to ignore notations on documents. ALV admits in open court that she neglected to acknowledge something written in the corner of something that she read. Just like the DT didn't notice Jodi's encrypted messages in the magazine that she tried to pass to someone outside the jail.

Juan must have a copy of that manifesto right? Oh boy this is going to be fun.

nurmi is CONSTANTLY now looking at the family and that side of the room - he's now so very desperately trying to find SOMEONE doing ANYTHING that can be a reason for another mistrial motion. This jury is going to find her guilty and sentence her to death for Nurmi & Wilmot's behavior alone.

They're making it so easy for them.

I go back and forth about Nurmi REALLY wanting a mistrial. He just wants this done Imo and if there's a mistrial he's back in the courtroom with this killer. He's just going through the motions so there's no backlash on ineffective counsel down the road.

JM is clearly going somewhere the DT doesn't!t want him to go.

Which probably means another short morning while they complain about it.

:furious:

The defense is really scared here. I hope they won't be able to keep it out tomorrow (like what happened with the magazine code).

I don't thing she does things the way her peers do them. She is like Samuels who plays fast and loose with ethics. She wasn't there to be best buds but to evaluate without bias. Something she failed to do right off the bat.

I don't want him to move it along. The DT had 6 of the most boring days ever. Now its Juan's turn and he has a right to go over anything he wants and for as long as he wants.

IMO

I'm sure he will

"Jail is boring"

jail may be boring but if you are hired to testify supplying that said defendant with books that back up her latest cooked up plan will (and have) come up.

and it will not go un-noticed.

It is like cooking the books.:twocents:

JA considers her IQ to be on par with that of Einstein?

huh.gif

Einstein never took an IQ test.

Anyway, does JM know the names of the books ALV gave to JA prior to trial?

Juander if there will be signed copies of this manifesto for sale on Ebay?
