Here I found it just for you.
Now if I need free legal advice from your hubby, will you help me? :)

Jodi Arias Trial - Day 42 - Part 3 - YouTube

We didn't miss much but just enough at the end of this video that Shane13 was kind enough to provide to us that missed that last seconds or maybe minutes after HLN's JVM and when it switched over to NG. Scroll on over to about the left side of the clock at the bottom - and I want y'all to look at JA's eyes and face - She turns around and is staring someone down with those dark evil eyes IMO. Who is she staring down?

Edit: Start watching her at about 42:00

Thanks, I've been lurking for a while and finally decided to sign up. Usually if I have something to say 5 people have already beat me to it. It's hard to keep up with the break-neck pace of the threads!

Not true - It took me forever to finally sign up and say something. I know that all my ideas have been greatly appreciated by everyone here - You just need to let it go and say it. We all have a different outlook on things - We would all like to know what your thoughts are about this case. Have no Fear. We all want justice for Travis...:seeya:

My how time flies.....See y'all tomorrow!

We WILL get justice for Travis.

Was Katiecoolady the first, and only? one to report on ALV speaking to Samantha?

A worldwide scoop if so.
Congrats!

A friend and roommate of Travis, name Zack, was contacted. He was asked if he saw Travis? He said no. He had to use Travis' KEYS to get into his bedroom. The door wad locked. Jodi in her FOG knew to LOCK HIS BEDROOM DOOR. I wonder if JM even knows this?

That's a strange question for JM to ask her. Do you remember about where it was he asked ALV?

I don't know the answer, but I don't see how they [profilers] could be useful during a trial. After John Douglas, the most infamous FBI profiler I know about, became a hired hit man for the Ramseys, I found it difficult to give profiling a whole lot of credence.

No, ALV was the first one to bring up FBI Profilers.

JM was saying that her opinions were just that, opinions, and could not be verified by anyone or anything, like tests,

And her response was, " what about FBI Profilers...aren't their opinions unverified? "

So he said " Do you even know if their opinions are accepted in court?

ALV admitted that she did not...

Yes, and my Q which was JM's Q, still not answered.
Are profiler's "findings" admissible?

Anyone?

Yes, Juan talked abut the locked bedroom door in his opening statement.:seeya:

I don't think so, because a 'profile' is mostly used to help catch a killer by 'predicting' who they might be. So I don't even see where they would be applicable in a trial.

Just popping in after waking up unable to breath because my sinus' are plugged. So while I await the onset of the sudafed I want to know if anyone knows anything more about the mistrial motion.

It seems completely juvenile to me that this is being brought up at all. The defense cannot stand that JM is such a fantastic cross examiner.

Will this be handled before court tomorrow morning? Has anyone heard an "expert" weigh in on the chances of it's success?

It does seem juvenile to compare this case to the Salem Witch Craft trials. I bet the judge was laughing to herself at those histrionics.

I think we will hear the decision tomorrow morning. The judge has been pretty quick to rule on all of the others.

I have not heard any legal experts weighing in on the outcome. But I am going to make a prediction :

They're running Dr. Drew now and I LOVE Janine Driver. She just said that ALV is NOT LIKEABLE. ALV is condescending and I forget the other word she used, but I agree 100% with her.

ALV doesn't just want to stick to her guns, she wants to fire them at Juan. JMO

I mentioned it in the trial threads from today, but I'll repeat it here. There are times that Juan will ask a question and ALV will stop and get a look on her face like a monkey trying to do an algebra question. She is so uncomfortable with Juan because she knows he's building to something to discredit her. Juan has learned to let her explain her answers beyond a simple yes or no because she thinks it helps her. Alyce, it doesn't. Alyce did a very sloppy job and she doesn't want to admit it at all. By sloppy job I mean;

Not interviewing the people on the other end of the text messages.

Trying to craft a report that will prove Travis was an abuser with slight evidence. (see not interviewing others)

Ignoring Jodi's own stalking behavior.

Ignoring or "choosing to believe" that Jodi is a pathological liar.

Trying to outwit JM.

Thinking she's incapable of making mistakes.

Obviously, I'm biased here, but I think the jury must be tired of her. Her attempts to explain the gaps in her work are really ineffective.

Kelly Woods (A friend of the family) is on Dr. Drew and says that two days after her killing spree trip, Jodi was back working at a restaurant. She says Jodi was sizing up a friend of hers who worked with Jodi, when Jodi thought she wasn't looking at her.

All the above is JMO

Well I will give the opposite and perhaps deeper view.

Because every "2 seconds" DT objects and/or asks for mistrial, it makes it more unlikely that if/when DP verdict is given, that an appeals would overtun it.

In other words, the overzealousness of DT makes it more likely DP verdict will stick.

Thank you Kirk!

And did you think on his absurd analogy of the Salem Witchcraft "trials", that his client Jodi may have had the gas cans with that kind of thing in mind?

Thanks, this one; http://media2.abc15.com/html/pdf/ariasmotion2.pdf

Seems to be pushed by Jodi because Juan is making her witness look horrible. JMO

I think katydid23 was referring to the motions against JM as being akin to the Salem Witch Trials. JMO
