Everyone ready for a great Juan day???
I thought I'd let people know,that I went back and was looking for a video that someone wanted me to read Jodi's lips,I could not find the part they wanted me to read,but I found something interesting.Juan was asking AL about the Einstein comment and Jodi told JW-Her Dad said that about her..blame Dad-LOLOL!

My favorite part of watching JM question ALV is when he ask her a simple question. She rambles on for a good 2 or 3 minutes about nothing and then he ask her if she is done. After she says yes she is done and he then asks her the same question again. He is so patient and it cracks me up.

I loved it when after ALV rambled on off topic, he said, are you finished? Now answer my question. :floorlaugh:

They are going for a mistrial based on prosecutorial misconduct, once that will fail miserably; the next step probably will be mistrial motion would be ineffective counsel.

I'm hoping for some incriminating computer evidence, something like the evidence uncovered in the Melanie McGuire case. There were google searches that implicated her in the homicide. It'd be awesome if Jodi has searches on her computer like, "25 caliber, murder", "crime scene staging", "cleaning off DNA", etc.

Or if it shows that TA was logging into FB from Yreka the same time he was sending PPL emails logged in from Mesa. It's going to be good whatever it is!!

I was thinking the same thing...like the show "Catfish" on MTV....AND, there's a "rotating" IP address program a company offers for $19.95/mo.
You can change your IP to another address every 30 mins....it picks ones all over the US.

I don't question anything this beast is capable of, anymore.

When they examined TA's computer from his office, the one that showed the 4 am activity the morning JA arrived, it was noted that some of the activity was though a proxy server and the content that was searched for was innocuous and not really sites where one would want to hide their identity.

So....who do you think knew about proxy servers, Jodi or TA? Let's go with JA. Knowing her depth of knowledge on issues, would she know that a proxy server doesn't disguise what you searched for? Was she trying to make it look like TA was up at 4 am searching for child porn under a proxy server?

I think she knew how to cover-up the origin of an email and used that special talent.. It just didn't work the way she thought it did for searches.

Perhaps this is what the forensic computer guy is going to testify about in rebuttal.

I cannot wait for the computer guy in rebuttal. I have a feeling it's going to show beyond any doubt that Jodi stalked Travis online, which we already know she did. Jodi wants the jury to believe Travis was jealous but we will see that there was probably very little on his computer in the way of checking up on Jodi, and tons of info from her computer showing she was constantly checking up on Travis and his other girlfriends. It's gonna be awesome (I'm hoping anyway).

Still watching yesterday's cross and OMG! :banghead: ALV re-states, re-phrases, re-constructs, re-words every question, "Mr. Martinez", every answer, "Mr. Martinez", every word, "Mr. Martinez" :banghead: to her own specifications. She is so defiant, obstinate, and argumentative, and Juan has the patience of a saint. I can definitely see why this witness identifies with JA, they appear to have a great deal in common.

Couple random thoughts/questions I wanted to throw down here...

1. Just how much is HLN charging advertisers for commercial spots during this trial, relative to how much they would normally charge in those time slots?

2. Does anyone else find it mildly amusing how the judge will sometimes say "ooo-overruled", as if she isn't quite sure?

3. I can only imagine how hilarious it would be if Jodi remained her own lawyer. If she had though, could she still take the stand? How would she question herself?

4. I've seen Jodi's youtube page with the one video of Travis posted on 06/12/08. The account was created on May 29th, one day after the staged break-in and three days after the huge text fight. Does anyone think there is any significance to her opening the account at that time, or a coincidence?

There's always a grain of truth sprinkled in with JA's lies. She probably did chop something up and spread its parts throughout the desert - but it was the dog she kicked, not TA.

Thank you for helping us with your lip-reading skills! There were several times yesterday where JA said a few sentences and was exposed to the camera. Maybe someone can track those down and post to see if you can decipher what she is saying.
