I'm halfway through the afternoon session and I'm not sure I can take much more of this! Dear god, ALV can't answer a yes or no question for the life of her.

I *LOVED* when Juan cornered her about why she believed in the texts or IM's that (??? the female in the convo) she was anorexic because "it was written there" but she didn't believe TA was fearful of Jodi and her stalking behaviors even thought he spelled it out and wrote it there too. Umm biased much?! And blaming him for writing down the name wrong in the IM or texts instead of what Jodi telling her being wrong!

Keep going, Juan had a great day and is masterful in how he deals with her while barely glancing at his notes. He accomplished a lot today in discrediting her imo

I believe the nude pictures certainly imply that there was sex going on, especially since the KY was up front and center.

I've only watched a couple of trials, so I was wondering is it normal and acceptable for a witness to be this difficult and disrespectful to the prosecutor and get no reprimand to change her behavior? Thx

I have heard quite enough of arias.. and she can just sit still for the rest. I don't think I ever would rejoice her returning to the stand for any reason. I have no reason to listen to her. She is a proven liar. I do not believe a word she says. I hope this latest expert also figures this out. If she were as intelligent as the six or seven experts that refused to take this case we would not be here now.. oh guess I should correct that: we would be here with whomever the defense could pay to testify their premise.

When you open doors to all the other contacts and texts that travis had with friends you open the door to STALKING. you open the door to his FEAR (we have also heard this on hln interviews). Open the door and Juan is going to walk thru it and thank GOD for that. how could ne not walk thru that door? As Juan and Flores have constantly and consistently stated THEY ARE THE VOICE FOR TRAVIS.

so all this crap with arias sneaking looks over her shoulder at the gallery and the trying to smile at the entire jury panel: come on give it up: just let them do their jobs and maybe someday soon we can all voice just exactly what we feel about what you did to Travis Alexander.

They had naked pictures. That is all. There is no proof of any sex. :twocents: Naked does not equal sex. As a matter of fact, It could be said that they took naked pictures, and she was pissed off that they did not result in sex. Again, no proof of sex.

The naked pics of Jodi are more believable than the pics of Travis. I mean the point of the pics is to look sexy, to be provocative. His pics are from off to the side (weird angle) almost like she was in that big chair and took pics of him. He doesn't seem engaged at all.

Based ONLY on how much she lies and twists things to suit her purpose (like how the phone sex sounded like a set up, as well), I don't believe these are sex pics.

Also, someone said the pics of Jodi are not time-stamped. Is that true? If so, it makes me question her pics even more.

Why would she waste time making him pose for pics and risk being seen at TA's house if her sole purpose was to kill him? I don't get it.

Not trying to argue with you, but again... this is all according to Jodi. There is no proof that they even slept in the same bed together. For all we know, she slept under an oak tree that night.

the truth can only stretch so far. I am sure they could be looking but I doubt that after seeing their preparation of their witness today: she could not recall one date, one time, nor one incidence (all while she was being paid all this money as a consultant)

I don't buy it. I think she is holding back answers and Juan, once his foundation is built, can bring them up. My issue is WHY? AND WHO COULD DO THIS?? idk.. I am lost at defending a liar.
