I have to agree with Laviolette that Travis wasn't afraid of Jodi. Had he been afraid of her, he wouldn't have had sex with her on that fateful day. What man can rise to the occasion with a woman whom he deems has the undoubtful potential to harm him?

But she is a sociopath and a charming pathological liar. So he might have had bouts of fear at some points but she could talk him out of it if she tried.

I think she was convincing him she had a new love interest in Utah, and she was moving on and was over him. So he might have let his guard down. Sadly enough.

There are other pictures that were not released. Someone posted a blown up pic taken from a screen shot of Flores flipping through his notebook during his interrogation of JA. They DID have sex that day.

Oh come on. Nobody could see what was in those pictures. I watched the same videos. They were too small, and even if blown up, there is no way. IMO of course.

Does the defense team realize how unpopular they would be if they got a mistrial? The taxpayers have already payed nearly 1.5 million bucks and they want to go ahead and flush that money down the toilet and retry the case at a most likely even higher cost just to save their face because they don't want to look like losers.

I know. Travis took pics of what he had just "done" so to speak.
The kind of pics they both spoke of taking 3 weeks prior on the phone sex tape.
I think he was afraid of things she would do when they weren't physically together (spying, following him on dates, destroying his property, snooping) but he did not seem physically afraid of her at all)

I wonder who they would even ask. I wonder if her parents, or other family would do it. I've heard of people who had virtually no one who would testify on their behalf in the penalty phase and all they could find were old teachers, etc...

Considering the suggestions of sex photos using a timer in that phone call, I've only seen posed pics of JA and two pics of TA in which it looked like he was sleeping naked on top of his comforter in one, with a battle of KY conveniently placed, and another where he looks awoken, surprised and throwing the bottle at the photographer.

Don't see any sex in those photos. And considering Det Flores suggested it in the interview, I can see why she would have gone with that when she finally ad to admit she was there. As with all things JA, if she says it, doubt it.

There is really no evidence that they actually DID have sex that day. A bottle of KY next to a naked man is really nothing more than the appearance of having had sex. I've always thought the bottle placement was odd....staged.

and in the very next pic when Travis' hand is up in the air with 2 fingers seemingly up, the ky bottle is in a different spot , more to the left of him and it's blurry as if in motion. It looks to me like he has just tossed the ky away. His expression is not happy either. i don't want to post it but it's probably in media thread
