But they usually "graduate" before she did. Then again this was 5 years ago.

I agree. I started a new job 3 weeks ago and before that...unemployed and able to get things done.

Now.....I get home from work and get right to the trial (AZ 3 hours behind NY). No kids, but dinner is turning into a nightmare. Yesterday I put leftover Enchiladas in the microwave for my husband. Put it in for 45 MINUTES instead of 45 seconds...came back to the computer, and after a little bit thought, gee, why is the microwave still going???

Stalking cases are some of the hardest to prove and win because most of a stalker's activities are "legal" (e.g. driving down the road, parking outside a house, talking to friends/family about the victim). My defendant is a REAL scary guy -- previously convicted of rape and manslaughter (charged with murder), dozens of haraassing communications and domestic violence crimes. So I need lots of positive thoughts tomorrow from those of us (you WSs) who seek justice.

Yes I posted on this a few hours ago.
It’s strange in many ways.

Contrary to popular belief, Einstein never took an IQ test and he actually was a very slow thinker. He is said to have failed an engineering school entrance exam, and also that he had much difficulty in his earliest years of schooling. Some sites on autism or Asperger's claim him as one of their own. Arbitrarily, sites assign an IQ of 160 to him, but I knew physicists that knew him…

Einstein’s achievements may have been due to his ability to concentrate for a very long time on a problem. Something alas that Jodi may actually have in common with him.

ALV really rubs me the wrong way. She's arrogant, defensive, and controlling, and her overuse of Juan's name is driving me nuts. I am so enjoying watching Juan dismantle and discredit her very biased opinion and testimony.
