If alv was as unbiased as she says there would really be no need for her to a) take so long to come up with answers and b) have to answer yes or no "with a qualifier"

See my new avatar for Einstein's opinion of Jodi's comparable intelligence.

Jodi would probably say here's one of her with her tongue out too. Or something similar.

Is there a pic of her doing that?

Now Einstein's Theory of General Relativity or Newton's Principia are each variously said to be the greatest achievement of the human mind (by physicists and some others).

Somehow I don't think Jodi would grasp either one in a few lifetimes.

Ewwww. You just made me picture her lizard tongue.

Between that image and her veloca raptor claws, she's quite the reptile.

I missed a lot yesterday. Drat.

Anyway, this manifesto that we hope to hear more about today - what a gradiose term to use. I had to go look up the definition.

Hands up who else did the same thing.

I am hoping by the time Juan is through with her, she will openly and professionally admit, she might've gotten this (assessment) wrong

She won't. She's way too sure of herself to do that.

Question for all of you.

I just thought of something. I think it's pretty well accepted that at least the Defense reads here...someone on their team we probably don't know.

Based on these silly motions we keep seeing...what are the chances that they are also reading the "opposite" site????

And getting their ideas from them??

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact Jodi thought she would score as high as Einstein (IQ). I knew she was a narcissist but man this is off the charts :floorlaugh::what: IMO

What was Einsteins IQ?
What is the killer's?
Mine is around 130-135ish...

Everyone tells me I am a fountain of incidental information...LOL...:floorlaugh:

Good morning Shane13 and the rest of the "morning WSs"! Thank you so much for asking -- it's starting in the morning. Stalking cases are some of the hardest to prove and win because most of a stalker's activities are "legal" (e.g. driving down the road, parking outside a house, talking to friends/family about the victim). My defendant is a REAL scary guy -- previously convicted of rape and manslaughter (charged with murder), dozens of haraassing communications and domestic violence crimes. So I need lots of positive thoughts tomorrow from those of us (you WSs) who seek justice.

Good morning, all!

NIN - Positive thoughts and prayers for you and your client, I know all too well how hard a stalking conviction can be as my sister was a stalking victim. Her stalker did not have the criminal background your defendant has - which made it almost impossible to convict him. My heart breaks every time I hear of another stalking victim as I have seen first hand how it can shatter a person's life. I wish you and your stalking victim the very best of luck and am praying for justice.

Good point. The Salem trials reference sounds like something a media observer would come up with, not a lawyer.

Manifesto or Womanifesto?

Willmott not looking good at all with these objections which keep getting overruled. WTH?

  • #1,075
Yes where is the Jodi Arias Manifesto??
We should demand to see it.

It could be very deep and profound and save mankind.

However I fear it may turn out to be like that Twilight Zone episode.
When the aliens landed and appeared friendly, they had this book with them that the humans tried to translate but could only do so for the title of the book, "How To Serve Mankind."

The aliens said it was therir "manifesto" on cooperating with humans and helping us.

Too late the humans found out that it was a cookbook.

Holy 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬, I know I'm VERY late to the game, but a MANIFESTO?!?? Hello Arias? Kazinski called, he wants his idea back.

I have a feeling we're going to see a LOT of Juanbombs raining down......stuff that is going to make folks shriek with glee and stun them silent in the coming days! I can't wait!!!!

Ok, I am a bit confused - if ALV was initially brought in as a Mitigation Specialist would she have had access to all of the defense information? I have read many posts that the DT cherry-picked the information she received as a DV expert and wonder if that is truly the case based on her initial MS status. Can someone please clarify this for me? TIA!
