What is the point of this if the jury can't see it?

If the Judge determines that it is admissible and this witness is competent to testify to it, then they will bring the jury back in and re-do this testimony.

His questions are confusing and her answers are even more confusing.

The jury is not going understand all this mumbo jumbo.

His questions are so clear that a fifth grader could understand them but with this sparring witness he could ask her "Do you think the color of grass is usually green?' and she would go off on a boring combative mumbo jumbo answer that has nothing to do with what he asked her in the first place.

Imo, the jury understands just fine and they know she is trying to be as slippery as an eel and balking when answering a simple damn question. The jury is sick of ALV and sympathize with Juan who is trying to get this woman to answer simple damn questions.

I have watched criminal cases for two decades and I have never seen a more combative, rude, and condescending hired gun witness as ALV happens to be in this one and I hope I never have to endure another one.:furious:

I know! I kept saying hat yesterday. ALV looks at JW for every answer. Yesterday at one point, ALV even mouthed the beginning of the word "what?" I tried going back to find the video, but couldn't find it.
