Nurmi *****ing again no doubt. He wants a mistrial SO bad, so he can get off this one and not have a loss on his record. Let another atty deal with her re-trial. There's no rule that Nurmi would have to stick around for a re-trial (that I know of).

On the legal thread it came up that these morning talks with the judge could be DT confessing to lies their client or witness has surprised the with. They have an ethical duty to disclose this when they become aware of it.

I read on here several threads ago and maybe even a couple of weeks ago ... well, someone asked the question of some of our legal experts on this web site "could Arias be called to the stand in the rebuttal case?" I believe the response was .. sure that's definitely possible.
