Watching the WAT tweets, Samantha went into a side room. I wonder if this about Alyce approaching her, this may be a request to inform the judge to inform DT to instruct their witness(es) not to approach victim's family members.

I think yesterday was about how they couldn't provide adequate representation to the killer because of that mean DA and his mean Detective side kick and the fact that they wouldn't stop being such meany-pantses by showing the jury all of that rude evidence against their client. Also, everybody likes Juan Martinez better and thats! just! mean!

I think ALV complained about being harassed on the stand last Thursday by JM. (Hence, the motion on Sunday.) That's what all of yesterday's closed door proceedings were about. I did notice he was not nearly as aggressive yesterday. :twocents:

Same here, especially with all the hinky stuff that when on in Chicago and various areas concerning DP cases. In this case, I've changed my stance on the DP...I think this woman would kill again in a heartbeat, is a psychopath and has no remorse... Jodi preplanned, stalked and gas-lighted to a point that no one has even realized yet. Sociopath and psychopaths, in the end, it all boils down to a game to them and it all about their winning. They do not care who gets destroyed all the way, as long as the end justifies their means.

Do we have any attorneys on here? Why are so MANY ex parte events allowed in this trial? I thought they were used very little?
You KNOW Nurmi s going to get it sealed.

Generally they aren't when they are what is referred to as sua sponte or on one's own. The Judge can meet with the parties separately as long as everyone is aware of the meeting and confidential information is being discussed....or perhaps in this case, where someone needs a dressing down.
