I think ALV has contained her profound rage against men for decades, and is using this court forum to unleash her rage.

Her attitude with JM is quite telling. It wouldn't matter WHO the prosecutor is, if he is male, she would be the same non responsive, battling, passive aggressive witness.

"In domestic violence situations the truth is "not somewhere in the middle" but much worse than either of the parties are saying" [paraphrased] - well if this is the approach that she takes in assessing relationships then OBVIOUSLY she's going to find domestic violence EVERYWHERE. She's just going to assume that both parties are minimizing what happened.

I think that statement alone should disqualify her from assessing any relationship in front of a court.

Arias Mom's twin sister still not in attendance of the trial. This makes 3 weeks she is not there, right?

Last time I saw the twin she was crying and being comforted by an older female family member,Twin leaning away from Arias Mom.

I find this very curious after so many months in attendance sitting next to Arias Mom on a daily basis.

I have to wonder if she has been subpoenaed by the prosecution? :waitasec: Or perhaps there is dissension between the Twins?
