Thanks sleuthers - got the app and am live. I just cannot fathom her attitude today. I think she has been tasked with pushing Juan's buttons to gather more "evidence" of prosecutorial misconduct rather than bother with any testimony that benefits the defendant since Juan's already blown that up. They don't have anywhere to go but with the misconduct theme. Hideous.

I was thinking about that. And then I thought.... at least ONE juror is going to submit the question "What is secondary gain?"

As only an occasionaly viewer of this trial, I think ALV is doing serious damage to the defense's case. She has turned me off more than any other witness. She comes across as arrogant and totally biased. I really dislike her.

Martinez cannot let her get under his skin no matter how hard she tries.

he's asking her simple questions, i understand them. she isn't answering. he has to keep rephrasing it for her and she's being evasive.
