From AZ Central :

11:12 chris Williams@chriswnews

Despite the grilling, sidebars & emotional exchanged I see no #JodiArias jury questions in basket today. Must be clear to #Arias panel

:great: I think they get it ! :great:

this has been the BEST DAY EVER.

Holding out on that here, in case the Mr Arias tape comes in~ I liked yesterday~the manifesto day.

So, in addition to Snow White........now I think I have found evidence of Sleeping Beauty too! (Just being fun!)

I think Alyce may be starting to hate the DT and what they got her into. Ultimately it was her choice to take this trial on though.

She's always going to blame someone else, IMO.

That will probably give me nightmares tonight! Looks like a big snake and most if not all of my nightmares involve big snakes!

Her tone is different. She's seeing the real story here. She screwed up badly. It's time to jump ship, Alyce!

Is ALV turning?!??!?! She *seems* to be warming up to JM, and she called JA "the defendant."

I can dream.......

Approach on anything that paints evil Jodi as bad!

Saw that approach coming a mile away!

A question for the defense, if you please. How's that cherry-picking working out for you now?

  • #1,472
I'm squirming now, she is caught in the JM's web, ''I can't answer, cos I know you are very precise''. Isn't she an expert witness in a death penalty case? Shouldn't she be precise?

  • #1,473
Alyce looks really tired and worn out/down. Almost, like she wants to cry.

  • #1,474
Throw that violin down and run off the deck of that ship QUICK!!!!!!!!!!!!

JM: Collateral sources indicate that the defendant is manipulative, right?
LaV: Yes
JW: Objection, may we approach
Judge: Approach

  • #1,476
you didn't interview DB
I didn't
because you didn't interview him your assessment in this case is lacking
I don't think so

you told us regard these kinds of conversations are only part . . . can be part of investigation
conversations are part of my . . .right

in most murder cases I have used collateral sources
criminal cases you don't interview others - just look @ person
depends on case . . . financial restrictions . . . doesn't matter whether prosecution or defense there is a limit on what the Atty's give me

other criminal ccases on occasion you have conducted interviews?
yes or no
I am really trying to reflect on criminal cases I have done . . .generaly it has been paperwork . . .I am leaving it open because you are very precise and
you don't know
yes

some inconsistencies . . . defendant is very manipulative
I don't believe she is
collateral sources said she was
there were

people close to her said
objection - may we approach?
you may approach

(JM is just getting in every bit of evidence thru this witness today . . . I am not sure it would matter what she says . . he is going to get something marked as an exhibit (IMO))

I wish I would have kept count of how many times Wilmott has asked to approach today.

  • #1,478
Omg, this is ridiculous. Any time JM wants to make a new point, the DT asks to approach.

  • #1,479
How about Defensicutorial (made up by me) misconduct!

  • #1,480
Lol, LaV just made boo boo lips to the jury. Too bad lady, just answer the questions honestly!!
