Since we've had a full am of testimony (compared to other days in this courtroom) I wonder which person associated with the defense (defendant, witness, or defense attorney) will be too sick, have an emergency, etc...that cancels the afternoon session. Seems to be the dominant pattern when JM is decimating a defense witness.
