Sorry if this was brought up earlier - there are sooooo many posts to read - but did anyone else catch shortly after the beginning of cross this morning when JM was trying to get ALV to say that she thought JA was truthful, that ALV said "when I first interviewed THE VICTIM...I mean, the defendant".

So, JA wants a mistrial for JM "yelling" at her witnesses, yet her witness can call JA "the victim" in this case instead of Travis? Un-freakin-believable!

I heard it and was totally disgusted with her.

If you didn't listen to this week's Tricia's True Crime radio and former prosecutor and current TH Wendy Murphy was on and addressed JM demeanor in questioning witnesses.

She said that JM knows juries and if he even for one second thought he was losing them with his way of questioning he would tone it down.

Has there been any proof that Dr. Phil is supposedly covering JA's family expenses for the duration of the trial in exchange for rights and exclusive license to Sandy Arias' courtroom notes?

He denies it so far.....sadly it showed that his firm (as i heard) paid Cindy Anthony $600.000.00 for the interview - but still denied it

I do believe ALV is watching the whole interview with JA's dad.

Juan wanted to bring it in. JW objected. There was a sidebar. JW went to talk to ALV and Juan asked Det. Flores to go get the whole interview. Before lunch you could see a DVD in front of JW and the judge asked if she wanted to do it now or at 1.

That's the way I took it, FWIW.

Oh boy. I just joined websleuths. I'm totally absorbed in this trial- but only on TV so far. I have so many questions and I guess I found where to get answers.
like what the heck did ALV say to Samantha?
and what is up with juror #5?
Another puzzlement: When The other shrink was on the stand , he often looked over to JW and on at least one occasion I saw her shaking her head, very obviously guiding his answer.Recently someone on either Dr. Drew or Nancy Grace, someone said there was a u tube showing her gesturing to this witness. The legal commentators seemd to think this was improper. Has there been any further discussion on this?
I must say I was worried about this witness at first but it seems as though (to continue with the fairy taletheme) she's like the witch in the wizard of oz...melting....right before your eyes.
