This is ridiculous, an expert witness who has testified in a court of law before knows what a hypothetical question is.. yet this witness acts like she has no idea and has never been asked a hypothetical question before in her life.

It doesn't MATTER if you understand where JM is going.

Just answer the ******* QUESTIONS!

I think Mr Martinez has his reasons for doing this type of questioning. Beth Karas said earlier today that witnesses like this dont answer questions honestly because they are paid to be pro defendant ...she said sometimes you circle the wagons.
