And how in the world can Alyce say those boys felt no fear of Jodi so it wasn't stalking? I think most people who had broken up with a girl and then she keeps showing up and breaking into emails and leaving little gifts on the doorstep to make sure her vampire boyfriend knows she's still there and watching him, and Matt's girlfriend who has not idea about Jodi suddenly gets an unwelcome visit from a lunatic who demands answer ... those things would create fear in most people with any sense.

And no matter what the situation someone always comes up to her in a restaurant and tells her these outlandish stories and then she goes to confront someone. I said it before, If she cared about her siblings and a prophet that she believed in said the world was ending why not call them instead of your EX!!!!??!!!! She just uses these lies as a way to insert herself back into the lives of those who want NOTHING to do with her.

Serious question has Jodi been tested for any kind of mental disorder??? She comes off as a truly disturbed person even before killing Travis She raised more flags than the united nations. I hope the pinellas 12 don't move here. She needs to be locked in a dungeon

Don't know if this was mentioned or not but at the end of court when JA was talking to JW (way too creepy and closely IMO) it looked like she was talking about someone. I am a decent lipreader sometimes and after she takes off her glasses she says something like "yeah his nose is just weird". Look who's talking! lol

it was particularly cute when <modsnip> put her arm ever so carelessly on JW shoulder and leaving her hand there for a bit- aren't those two just so cute?

I also believe that JW is using the "fist under chin" gesture when ALV appears to be weakening--anyone else notice this? (It always reminds of the moms on Toddlers & Tiaras coaching their kids through the dance routines.)

At that point I think JA was pointing out to JW that the camera was trained on them. They then swiftly stepped away.

Regarding ALV's comment that stalking involves fear: 1) stalkers don't necessarily intend to frighten their victims. In fact they often think the victim is happy to see them; they bring gifts; and they are not violent. The fear comes from, what did Dr. S. call it, animal brain, the limbic system, (hang on) hippocampus because the victim starts to feel like a prey animal and the stalker acts like a predator. 2) men can be afraid of women. They cope with that fear differently for many reasons ~ stereotyped behaviors they are trained to use, the need to "do" something about it rather than talk, and the fact that they are disbelieved (if not outright laughed at) when they do disclose. Case in point with what ALV is saying regarding the text or IM with Ms Henrick (or whatever) right in this trial. And 3) there's the lure of no strings attached sex.

I disagree. They are creating signs to communicate. On previous days she has done that exact move. My great grandmother taught at the deaf and hard of hearing school for the state, I've had deaf friends my whole life, I spoke in signs for my first few years of life, and my nephews & nieces spoke baby sign language as babies/tots. (My graduate school thesis was about the deaf and technology, but during a review they discovered how much original research I was performing and that was beyond the scope of a masters...:furious:.... So it got changed.)

Anyways... I'm not an expert, but at least I'm familiar with signing, even if this is "non-verbal communication".

Yeah, but I still say she's going to take at least a week or more for her re-direct of ALV. She'll read verbatim every single one of the diary entries, text messages, im's, emails and letters word for word, again, and ask ALV to again verify that they indicate Jodi was an abuse victim. That is going to be so much worse than the first time she did it.

And ALV will be very congenial and relatively relaxed -- except when JM objects or she sees him giving her his piercing look, at which time she'll put on her smug, superior group therapy leader look.

At $250.per hour - for speaking to ja and others and $300. per hr for testiphony and defamation of Snow White ...She will be lucky to keep any of that check and I would say she wont get any ..zip..zero money from any book deal and THAT IS WHAT SHE DESERVES. imo
