I don't believe that ALV is old fashioned or shocked regarding sexual activity - as a domestic violence therapist, she would have heard many, many shocking things. I believe she is using that as an excuse to testify she mis-spoke, or didn't ask questions she ought to have.
And again, when an evaluator takes notes, they might miss something, they don't add - they omit. ALV added 'gas cans to go to Mesa', and 'walked in on child computer ", she didn't forget to note something, she added detail. That makes no sense.

It does seem contradictory for Travis to be so fearful of Jodi yet he is having sex with her on the day she kills him. While Jodi is guilty of premeditation this relationship was messed up and Juan needs to be careful of stressing this "stalker" fear as serious consideration because I do fear the jury will have a tough time reconciling that with the events the day of the murderr and we've all seen what happens when a jury can't see the forest for the trees a la Casey Anthony, which in my opinion was one of the greatest prosecutorial performances I have ever seen.

Could Judge Stephens be trying to deal with some of the misttrial motion etc etc out of the court time to speed things up a bit?

Also, anyone else wondering how many questions by the jurors will be of the yes/no type?

JA is smirking because she is running this show. Notice how JW jumps to attn. when Jodi tells her to object? Most times, JW has no idea what to object to!! Also, Jodi has successfully blocked a lot of facts from getting to the jury. And, she knows when Juan has finished with this <unusual person> that JW will have free rein to allow this <unusual person> to spew her man hating venom for days!
