I will not disparage ALV as a person, but I agree with Juan Martinez...her work in this case was "shoddy," at best.

Fox News (very Travis friendly, IMO) is talking now about this....and showing Juan in action against ALV and stressing (by playing clips) that there has been zero evidence of abuse by Travis...they were not showing ALV friendly clips lol

Quoting a comment heard by woman attorney "ALV is behaving as Jodi's protector". So very true and obvious.

There is a male attorney on there too (gotta have both sides I suppose) who is saying that Juan is behaving abusive towards the witness (paraphrased). He is also saying that Juan has nothing to show murder1. This guy has obviously not watched any of the trial, just what the media shows clips of. Big ol eye roll @@

Is there a way to split screen the live stream and Websleuths so you can see both kind of like Wild About Trial has? I'm TC (technically challenged). :blushing:

I have accomplished this feat by hooking up two laptops to the 2 HDMI inputs on my TV..needless to say, my living room looks like a AV studio of sorts. It is a cool way to view the trial.

Re-listening to this whole manipulative testimony part from yesterday, this is absolutely astonishing that ALV will not admit that the examples of Jodi manipulating were not.

She sounds nothing like a 'real' therapist. Or real human being for that matter.

It is just mind boggling why she would be so obviously biased, but bless Juan for making it so clear.
