2. Limit her to one small cup of water per segment (3 total over entire day)
3. Admonish her at the start of each segment of cross

Why can't she just be honest and let her testimony take her where it will. She's like a kid I went to school with. He'd argue with you over whether or not Paul McCartney was in the Beatles. This is infuriating.

According to this witness, since Travis didn't report anything regarding stalking, then there is no reason to believe it happened.

Yet, the throat slasher didn't seek any police help, Dr. care, or seek restraints regarding the "domestic violence", and she believes it all.

This woman is really a piece of work.

And what is really sad is that TA and Lisa did call the police on one of the tire slashing incidents but the police failed to respond. At least I think I remember that on a police report.

That any professional could get up there under oath and testify to such mind-numbingly, inconsistent-with-reality nonsense is SCARY. I cannot believe what I'm hearing. This is dangerous stuff imo - not only that she's trying to sway the outcome of a murder trial and free a killer, but that she is leading groups and counseling people. How on Earth did she slip through the cracks?

I hope EVERY case she's testified in can somehow be reviewed because who knows how many lives she has ruined with her lies? How many men lost their kids? So disgusted.

Not for nothing but most guys who feel they are being stalked probably don't take it as seriously as women should (i.e., restraining orders, calling police, etc.). Sense of "I can take care of myself and defend myself against any woman"...

They think it is a sign of weakness too. They are taught to suck it up and handle their own problems.
