I don't believe that ALV is old fashioned or shocked regarding sexual activity - as a domestic violence therapist, she would have heard many, many shocking things. I believe she is using that as an excuse to testify she mis-spoke, or didn't ask questions she ought to have.
And again, when an evaluator takes notes, they might miss something, they don't add - they omit. ALV added 'gas cans to go to Mesa', and 'walked in on child computer ", she didn't forget to note something, she added detail. That makes no sense.

Just like Samuels when he accidentally added JA was tied at the wrists AND ANKLES during her sexual romp... He said he just wrote it because that's how other people who were tied up for sex usually have it (something to that effect but not exactly) he also said he has to write quickly to keep up which again would make an omission make more sense, but not an addition...

That Jeff Gold, great point. Travis went back ..sex, because it is the cycle of DV...he was being abused, and he went back to Jodi cause she sucked him in with the sex. She's stalking him, probably hitting him, moods swinging all over the place. I'd cuss her too. Doesn't mean he abused her, he reacted to her.

Yes, and let us not forget that the terrorist (Jodi) is the one who drove over a thousand miles to her victim's (Travis) house and brutally slaughtered him, then lied to cover up her crime.

How ALV can sit there with a straight face and continue to argue that Jodi was abused is beyond my comprehension.

Something for ALV to think about over lunch. He is trying to wear her down by eliminating all the facts she used in order to find that Jodi was the one that was abused. She keep bringing up the broken finger. I can't imagine he won't show her the video with Flores where she shows him the finger and how it is bent and Flores tells her he has seen injuries like that before when someone is stabbing a person and their hand slips on the knife and it cuts their hand.

he should at least ask her what 'corroborating evidence' she has, other than the words of this liar, that her finger was 'broken' the day she claims it was. or if she has ANY evidence----xray, ER notes, etc.----to indicate her finger was broken on jan. 22, 2008.

it would be cool if he'd then do what you said----- follow that up with the video of JA and flores and JA showing flores that very finger and saying it was cut on JUNE 4, 2008.

but i'm sure this is too good for the judge to allow. LOL.

I'm so disgusted by the way ALV is trying to suggest to the jury that SHE is somehow being abused by Juan. She decided to take this case and give her biased opinion for $300.00 an hour at that. I hope the jury has the same thought about her as I do.

I think if she had remained cordial like she did to JW the jury may have some sympathy for her...........not that they would believe her though.

BUT her demeanor has been so outlandishly sarcastic and her disposition very catty and condescending to Juan.. even when he wasn't raising his voice.. she has shot herself in the foot losing all credibility. Imo the jury is like the majority of us now, and cant stand her.:banghead:

When the judge sustained one objection, then Juan restated the question almost the same way and the judge overruled JW's objection, JA rolled her eyes and said something (I'm sure derogatory) to JW. Hopefully, the jury saw that, too, and is seeing all her snarky behavior today.

The judge doesn't give a darn. She's used to defendantssego spit, curse, hit, crawl under the table in schizophrenic psychosis, etc.

Please help me!!!! How do I watch the trial on an IPad? Last week I had no problem now it keeps telling me I have to download something...I do that but then the trial plays with a circle continuously going around in the middle of the screen! Between her answers and my laptop issues I am ready to tear my hair out!!! Please, Please, Please provide me a link or help me understand why they won't play correctly on a tablet?!? I think this have been JM best day of cross of ALV. After almost a full 3 days of cross, ALV still won't change her assessment or her support of JA. I would have thought at some point that she would make a choice (using her trained brain) to either salvage what is left of her reputation and career and testify as honest as she could OR continue to go down with the sinking ship that is JA. It is apparent that she wants to sink and has tied her career and reputation to JA. Some of the WS community and Juanettes might disagree, but I just don't see ALV cracking and changing her story in spite of the brilliant efforts and overwhelming body of evidence in context to the contrary that JM is presenting. And JM is doing a brilliant job. I just don't see ALV flipping no matter how much JM pushes.
