I am new here and wanted to say I love reading all the comments!! I also love the notes those who attend the trial post every day!!
Anyway, this may have already been said here, but I notice that Jodi always seems to puff her $300 chest out when the jury is leaving or coming in. She also acts like she is cold today but only put the coat on AFTER the jury was out of the room. Bet that coat will be off again when they come back in. I think she thinks the male jurors like looking at her and her chest. LOL!! JMO

I was thinking the same thing. I wonder if the jury in seeing this transition in her behavior and ability to answer questions between defense and prosecutor and realizes that this is a bias sham and nothing but game playing.

My experience when being a juror multiple times is nothing gets by the jury. They take in everything around them.

And a drastic change in demeanor when crossed is noted and often comes into play when discussing the credibility of the witnesses during deliberations.

So imo, this change in attitude toward the Prosecutor and refusal to answer simple questions will have an adverse affect on how they view ALV. I think her credibility is shot.

Question to those that watch HLN frequently.

Do the THs ever complain about JW going over and over and over and over and over the same things the entire time she is up or do they just harp on JM for his style?

Howdy, 3trees! Here's my take on HLN's THs: They seem to be more critical of JM's style than of JW's, but I've also heard them say (repeatedly) that the jurors appear very engaged and attentive when JM is doing the questioning, and really bored when JW or KN are up. And the pro-JM THs always sound more credible than the pro-DT THs, IMO.

No juror question goes unpunished by JW. She will drone on forever and a day for each question they ask in the most annoying voice I've ever heard.
