And I'm sure they just don't care about her testimony at this point. If it was truly something beyond just having a "rap session" (she's from the 70's) with the perpetrator of the crime, she would have been a lot more helpful on cross with Juan.

If my psychiatrist testified about depression, he's not going to be petulant and pouty with Juan asking him how he made his diagnosis.

Yes, he told the roommate he was up all night, but never mentioned Jodi was there. I can't help but wonder if Jodi slipped in without TA's knowledge, hid in the house, and didn't come come out till morning. Where was the rental car? I wish I knew whether either roommate said they saw a strange car at the house. I believe Jodi was in stalker mode that night.

And before she left...put a virus on his computer. Whatever they had been fighting about in late May had to go.

Earlier when JM was doing cross right after lunch and they were discussing TA's IM from May 26, '08, AVl said something about how TA may have had a good reason to be angry but it was what he DID (a string of name calling) with that anger that was the problem... well, what about what JA did with HER anger- MURDER. Somehow that is supposed to be more acceptable, justified, and understandable than IM'ing a bunch of insults?!

This is all so stupid. The DT calls him an abuser. The Prosecution is saying she 's a stalker. So if ANY of this is true....It's a tie! Travis was NOT an abuser and Arias was not a stalker.

Soooooooooo...all this blah blah blah is about a girl and guy having fights/arguments and saying not so nice things...LIKE EVERY OTHER COUPLE IN THE WORLD!!!

Well TA wasn't an abuser and JA was certainly a stalker. Hope the jury sees this.

I've heard a few places where she knew the garage door code #.

fwiw, that's how his friends entered the home the day his body was found. They just didn't have a key to his bedroom, but his roommate knew where there was one.

I don't believe in coincidence and after reading posts that Travis' garage door code was 0187 (California 187 means homicide), it wouldn't be surprising to find out that JA changed his code to 0187. Knowing the code, JA could have changed it at anytime - I doubt Travis would have cared in the beginning.

So if Travis' roommates knew the code and could verify that it was 0187 before JA infested his life that would make a difference.

If not, IMO she planned his murder far in advance of July 2008 and changing the code to 0187 was an indication of of intent.

Something about that last question to ALV Jodi did not like. The expression on her face looks alert as if ALV said something she was not suppose to. Just a very strange look on her face.

She might have spotted a mouse.

I think part of Juan's stalker questioning was to set a trap for JW. She seemed so proud to redirect ALV in this area but everything she testified to would be true for Jodi as well, if she really were abused. ALV bailed her out at the end but it had to be painfully obvious to the jury.
Also, letting JW have the rest of the afternoon was brilliant--she will have bored the jury to death by the time she's finished!

There were some papers near JW that must have been upside down. JA spied them and I think she turned them over... I could be wrong though.
