After the jury was excused for the break, she put the jacket on the regular way.
Then after the break when the jury was back, she had it straight jacket style again.
Maybe she is hoping they will think she is insane. :facepalm:

I hope the jury asks her about the camera dropping turning into DV to lead to murder.

This is about the same age that her dad talks about her being trouble, growing pot and lying. I think the parents were glad when she moved out. She was an "At risk" child for sure and they could not handle her. The doggie incident may have been the final straw.

It's not Jodi tracking down/confronting Bianca post-breakup w/Matt
It's not Jodi's multiple efforts to get back with Bobby, despite his efforts to avoid her.

IIRC ALV said "fear" must, not only be present in a victim of stalking, but the victim must respond to the fear in overt ways for it to be stalking.

About the only way she described it was that stalking wasn't something that JA did because it didn't produce fear and Travis wasn't afraid of her, in spite of him telling people he was, because he didn't do anything about it and he kept seeing JA. But when JM pointed out the double standard about how JA kept pursuing Travis in spite of his supposed abuse and pedophilia she tried to excuse that, saying that an abuse victim is only afraid when the abuser is angry. I'll bet there are plenty of abuse victims who would disagree.

But she IS there to explain how a history of domestic violence leads one to fear for their life in situations when others would not reasonably fear for their lives. As far as I can tell, she did not make that connection or testify about it at all.

There would have been so many incidents, remember the babysitter story about her whacking her 5yo brother over the head with a baseball bat? I had a friend from art school who's parents bought him a wardrobe to smash up because they were tired of holes in the walls, when he turned 18 they bought him a flat in a v. nice suburb so they could have some peace .. he has ended up fine, but yes, they were no doubt happy to fob her off to Bobby.

Please remember, JA is the only person claiming that this took place in the home of Travis's friends' house (first date kinda like). It is my opinion that she said this to make Travis look like a really horrible guy - She planned all this out to try to make Travis look disrespectful and awful. I don't believe it ever happened. JMO

I've said this before - She killed Doggie-Boy. She is extremely JEALOUS - I remember her saying that Doggie-Boy had broke loose from his chain in the backyard and there were "DIAPERS" strewn around. She said that made her so mad she kicked the dog and he ran away. That dog did not run away. She killed that dog IMO. It may have started when her siblings were born 7-10 years after her - She demanded full attention from her parents and that was weakened when her siblings were born. She lost CONTROL and the parents gave more attention to her little siblings. JMO

Do you know what the age difference is from Jodi and her brother, Carl to the next batch of kids? the younger sister and bro? I wonder what age Jodi was when little sister was born? Was Jodi Daddy's girl and a new baby sister came on the scene? (although I think Jodi was born with serious problems)

He should have brought up how Jodi said she feared having kids with Travis. So then what, ALV? Still have sex and possibly get pregnant by this child abusing woman abuser? Whatever..............

JA is a sexual deviant..period. Just ask her former friend DB, if you can nail him down. She sneaked up on him in the shower and started snapping pics. He wasn't happy about that.

She coached TA into her web. He was the one who was abused. I think that he had no intention of ever visiting her in CA. He was starting to learn how to handle her. He would pay her compliments and tell her w/e he thought she needed to hear to keep her at bay. At some level, this was self-preservation.

I don't believe she was invited to his home that day. IF he had sex with her, it was done to calm her down, as she is the one who needed the sex every time she got nervous/antsy/irritable. Sex was a drug to JA and Travis was her dealer.

Jodi has records of posts or phone calls to make her seem like TA's everything. If she had been invited to his home that day (June 4), she would have had SOMEthing to at least pretend she was invited.

Historically and proven with her own testimony, Jodi's relationships were over when SHE said they were over. Travis didn't want her anymore. Neither did his large circle of caring friends, Family and business associates.

The jury has lots of questions. That tells me they are not buying what she says. They had lots of questions for Jodi, Samuels and now ALV. Did they ever question a prosecution witness? I don't think so.

I would agree that none of those things are stalking -- not in the way it's considered as a criminal offense. That's why I was asking how she defined it - I was wondering if she was talking about "stalking" in some special diagnostic way or as a criminal offense or just throwing the word around without actually saying what parameters there are for stalking.

If she's talking about a criminal offense, then she's right - that's not "stalking." I also noticed that Juan asked her if these things were "stalking type behavior" and not asking her to make a conclusion about whether it met the legal definition.

Do people on websleuths with teenagers "Know" that it's not uncommon for teenagers to be untruthful?

I have no kids, but I have 2 nieces and a nephew, who've reached or passed the teen stage, and I can't say that they were "untruthful" teens. Why does ALV think it's normal for teenagers to be liars? Isn't that to do with raising and environment and not to do with being a teen?

I have 3 daughters and I can tell you that all my girls lied like rugs when they were teens, about 15 on. I knew it and didn't believe a word they said unless I had proof. Other friends with teen age girls tell me the same thing. None of my girls were bad kids and they are all doing fine now, it just seems like they felt like they couldn't tell me the truth about anything. The boys were a bit better but they had their moments.
My oldest daughter has 3 daughters and a step daughter and karma is going to hit her hard.

At times it looks like she is writing and at times it looks like she is drawing in those notebooks.

And NOW she is wearing a STUN BELT AROUND HER WAIST -- previously, she was wearing it around her leg/knee area -- BUT that stun belt around her waist is HUGE !
