I thought she was doing it to hide the stun belt better than wearing it the way it was meant to be worn, so the jury couldn't see it. She was looking down quite a while today, and at first, I thought she was texting, but then figured she was looking to see if the belt made her look fat LOL

It's like something a child would do. She thinks it makes her look charming, sweet and cute, so the jury surely must think so too. After all, she really is just an innocent little thing. :what: jmo

I have a question that has been bothering me...the defense has referenced it quite a few times during the trial and it seems to be part of the reason why Jodi was so-called abused.

Their first sexual encounter, oral sex, was upsetting to Jodi because she felt it was too soon. Why is this used as part of her being abused? She never made it known to TA that she was uncomfortable/didnt want it and she never said NO! Fear of rejection is HER craziness not his. How was he to know she wasnt enjoying it fully if she never said no and she never said she was uncomfortable! Same with anal sex...I dont get where this is a serious issue with TA when it was never made known she had issues with it, and in fact quite the contrary, she acted like it was great. I feel like i am missing something here since so much time and energy has been spent fighting over this....what am I missing?

You're not missing a thing! The behavior is called being passive-aggressive, of which Jodi is the Queen!!! She either enjoyed it (which I think she did), or- this the passive-aggressive part- she goes along with something she didn't enjoy and pretends everything is okay, then explodes later.

OMG it is 2am and due to napping, then trial steaming issues (fixed thanks to my wonderful Websleuths family),then a good friend who was in need...I just now finished part 2 on YouTube!!!! The ending for me was my hero JM ending with 'you were the worst thing that has ever happened to me'!!! I love that man for his intelligence, patience, quick wit, and most of all his passion for Travis Alexander and family!!! Part 3 will not be watched by me as I am learning to love and take better care of myself...seeing JW standing there for redirect with ALV was enough of a trigger to want to find something chocolate and a nerve pill, so I shut it off and came here to celebrate instead of harming myself! Lol!
I Love Juan, WSers and seeing justice for Travis and his beautiful, courageous family! (no, I am not drunk, just extremely happy with his presentation and ending!)

1. She sliced his tires and his GF's tires
2. She snatched his email, facebook, texts and probably bank accounts. She got into his computer and cellphone.
3. She slept in his house when she was told "NO"...there isn't room. His GF was there.
4. She entered his home unannounced. There was testimony she slept there when he didn't know it.
5. She taped him on the phone w/o persmission to set him up.
6. She peeked through windows and friends say she entered through the doggie door.
7. She walked into his home when he was with his GF and ran out, just to cause trouble.

....and these are just some of the things that we know about.

She volunteered to clean his house to pay back debt. It is a darn shame Travis was so trusting because this gave her perfect opportunity to snoop. I am sure if Travis was here, we would all be shocked with what she did behind his back.

Did she ever live in that house? Where did she live after she moved to Mesa from Ca? I know she lived with Rachael for two weeks but where did she go after that? She texted her truck was full. WTH did she have to move?

Agreed! And I am a feminist who grew up in the 60's and 70's!!! The day I heard my father tell my older sister her only career options were stewardess or secretary is the day I as a girl became an avowed feminist!

I have 3 daughters and I can tell you that all my girls lied like rugs when they were teens, about 15 on. I knew it and didn't believe a word they said unless I had proof. Other friends with teen age girls tell me the same thing. None of my girls were bad kids and they are all doing fine now, it just seems like they felt like they couldn't tell me the truth about anything. The boys were a bit better but they had their moments.
My oldest daughter has 3 daughters and a step daughter and karma is going to hit her hard.

Her father didn't say she just lied as a teenager. He stated she started lying at 14 and never stopped.
