She offered to sleep in his bed while he was in Cancun!!!:what::what::what:

I think so too. He said "NO". Normally, Travis does everything to keep her calm, but he was sticking to his guns on this one. He most likely told her he had things to do and may have helped her to the car (just to make sure she was leaving).

She was packed to go to Cancun, imo. She even stopped and bought suntan lotion (2 bottles). Leaving a job is nothing to her. She dropped her shift and job when she drove 90 miles to confront a GF of Matt's.

Are Matt and Daryl scared to death of her or what? I am positive she went to their house before Mesa to pick up some cash. How stupid they are! Monterey was no way near where she was supposed to travel, even IF going to Mesa. She traveled at least 400 miles out of her way to pick up gas cans? No way! one of these two males have some important evidence in their house. I am convinced Jodie left something with them. Probably computer, notes, journal, camera or all of her pics. They both knew where she was headed. It's a shame they are such low lifes that they didn't come clean.

Well, if I'm not too late, it starts at about 1:05 minutes in, at the very beginning of this video.

Thank you - I'm listening now...I'm at 6:11 - I'm doing this wrong?

I want to know why ALV thinks that stalking victims have to be held to a standard, but DV victims are forgiven for not holding to a certain standard?

Both are horrific, I'm sure, but why is it that a stalking victim has to take drastic measure to prove that they were stalked? If there are reasons that a DV victim is afraid to leave a situation, then there are also reason why a stalking victim is afraid to rile the stalker.

As it takes time for a DV person to realize what is happening to them, it also takes time for a person to realize that someone is stalking them. It could take months for a stalking victim to realize that their "friend" is invading their privacy or showing up wherever they are, or have put a tracking GPS on them, etc and so on. Just like a DV person can feel that they can reason with their abuser and that it doesn't happen all the time, why can't a stalking person think that they have reasoned with their "friend" or lover and has also concluded that the behavior would stop?

I don't take away from DV victims. I just don't think it's fair to take away from stalking victims. Since they compared the two today, I have to raise these questions.

WTH? Is ALV insane?

I missed all the testimony today, but reading your post shocked me if ALV said this under oath. Is she twisting reality to accommodate her sick and sanitized version of JA?

Because JA stalked, there is a much higher standard that JA doesn't reach? Because there is no evidence of JA being a victim of DV, that standard is non existent?

In my experience, the type of stalking I dealt with was a kind of psychological terrorism and DV together. Stalking is one form of abuse. There are many. As you said, both are horrific. If this is the way ALV manipulates reality, I wonder how many hundreds of people she has harmed, both men and women.

I'm noticing she's growing a little mustache there.

Considering her father say she had no 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 and no butt, had those fixed plus a nose job with marijuana money, no doubt. Taking a look at the size of her hands and her overall lankiness, I think she has too much testosterone. I keep sayin' maybe she started off as a hermaphrodite.

Completely OT because I'm going to bed now - I think Jodi showed Travis her YouTube channel with him on it as part of her blackmail set up. That conversation could easily have lasted all night.

Peace out

IDK but really I don't believe her, don't think her dad said that.:moo:

Do people on websleuths with teenagers "Know" that it's not uncommon for teenagers to be untruthful?

I have no kids, but I have 2 nieces and a nephew, who've reached or passed the teen stage, and I can't say that they were "untruthful" teens. Why does ALV think it's normal for teenagers to be liars? Isn't that to do with raising and environment and not to do with being a teen?

It happens, but who can say how common it is. She doesn't know.

But, it's a red herring anyway since the father said she was dishonest "since then," not for only that one day or year. I'm sure the jurors caught that too.

Whoa! Does JM know about this?

http://www.myfoxphoenix.com/story/2...ting-twitter-page-from-jail-with-outside-help

That is just crazy stupid. Here Jodi is trying to appear all demure and the poor abused woman that killed in self-defense yet from jail she's operating a twitter page where through Donavan the REAL Jodi vents her hostility! I can't believe her defense team would know about this either or they'd pull the plug on that right quick!

Her true colors are showing. Nice to see. Too bad the jury isn't getting the full picture.

The DT has some nerve filing multiple motions for mistrials and requesting jury sequestration when their own client is using Twitter (through the help of a friend) to send out her own disparaging messages about the prosecution and TV personalities.

If JA is going to take on an "all is fair in love and war" attitude, then all her future motions should be a snap to deny. This "fighting back" attitude screams Jodi Arias - She is most definitely no shrinking violet in or out of a cell, as we've witnessed.

The DT has suggested this trial is, "the equivalent of the Salem Witch Trials" except for the fact that witches don't really exist and manipulative, lying murderers - like his client - unfortunately do!

I was just thinking about how nervous ALV looks when she's sitting there waiting for the prosecution to play back the recording of her statement on the shooting "in the closet". Then if you listen closely, you'll hear a soft tune playing in the background. It has everyone's attention including Juan's and the DT's. Turns out it's ALV's cell phone,

LOL, I may have imagined it, but I thought she said "answer it!":floorlaugh:

BBM....I read earlier that the bulk around her waist in those pics had something to do with shackles? Can anyone clarify? Or maybe my brain is scrambled and I'm in a fog.

I agree though...she's just weird and sneaky. And now I have to bite my tongue and go to bed because I could say lots of bad things about her....

I think she's been in solitary because she did something aggressive/wrong. I posted earlier that I saw a change in the behavior of her prison guard this morning. He seemed extremely nervous when she was standing too close to Wilmott and I swear his hand came up to block her when she reached out to touch/tap Wilmott.

That, coupled with the larger stun belt and dirty hair --- she's not eating, not sleeping well and is cranky as hell that her mother-replacement is swirling down the drain. I'm sure the other inmates are mocking her celebrity status, giving her nicknames and so on, like Jodi Orifice and worse and she's cracking threatening to slit their throats maybe.

Jodi Arias Trial - Day 44 - Part 3 - YouTube

It is at the very beginning of video! Again sorry for my mistake...goodnight all xoxo

OMG! so she shot him in the closet and told ALV the knife was in the nitestand.

:jail:

During Juan's reading of the text to ALV about when Travis called JA a sociopath, JA kind of perked up. Strange thing is, she really has that look, I mean of a psychopath. The way she sits there with that blank, empty stare and that smirk or half smile. Shiverrrrrr.... that girl really is creepy.

Yep - ALV's "mistake" list is growing as long as JA's nose. At some point, that many "mistakes" isn't possible unless one is purposefully changing testimony or extremely negligent in their field of practice.

I'm so sorry about your mother. You will be in my prayers.

Thanks...I don't think it's really sunk in yet.

Any good news with the trial?

So sorry to hear about your loss. Juan made a lot of good points with ALV. She was snarky and rude, even going so far as to tell him if he was in one of her groups she would give him a time-out. Juan brought up her padded CV, her failure to continue with her education. ( other than standard "continuing education classes" which in my experience only remind you of what you've already learned.) He tried to pose questions with yes or no answers and she wouldn't do it. He tried to give her hypotheticals with new information to see if she would change her opinion and she was like " You want me to assume a hypothetical that I have no evidence of??" Like she didn't know what he was trying to get her to do. She in essence proved she had tunnel vision and that Jodi never lied until the murder, and there was nothing saying she was jealous or did any stalking. And thought Travis always lied and cheated and liked little boys and abused Jodi.

I think she showed the jury she was totally biased.

It never occurred to me she was packed for Cancun! But I completely agree with you about there being a reason besides gas cans and even money, which she deposited after those visits.

During JM's cross of JA, she stated that she went to Monterey alone, when asked, but twice said "we went...." The was the only time JM did not ask a question I would have, so I assumed I had misunderstood something.

DO MM and DB know each other? I don't know what they knew about her murder trip, but DB's testimony was contradictory and bizarre. It seemed that he would grudgingly admit only to what JM already knew from earlier statements DB had made and "forgot." I get the creeps thinking about the way he said "Yes."

I just finished watching the last few minutes of cross examination. Concerning Juan Martinez, I absolutely love this man.
