I hope we get to the juror questions as well, but if I recall correctly, both sides were given some hours to go through them first and then argue about which ones should be allowed or not. I don't look for much actual testimony or any real movement today.

I believe it depends on how many questions there are. When JM got done questioning JA, there were 100 questions and, yes, it took awhile for them to go through them all. If there are, say, 20, I don't think it will take long at all.

Wow! I must have been on another planet since the trial ended yesterday! I had no idea that ALV might not appear in court today to conclude her testimony. Maybe it makes me seem "old fashioned", but I don't visit social media sites and was not aware of any of the shenanigans that appear to be taking place. At times, ignorance is bliss. :angel:

I understand having some water with you, like a water bottle (I have dehydration issues, kidney stones, etc so I have to keep water with me always)....but why on Earth do people bring food and start chowing down in there? So disrespectful to the judicial process and those involved in it.

With all this chaos of this trial I think it's a good idea to focus on the good things.

I am grateful that Lady Justice has given us the accidental photos of Travis being butchered. It's painful but will ensure that the person who did it will sit on death row.
I am grateful that we have Juan Martinez fighting for Justice. I don't think there is a better prosecutor out there.
I am grateful that thanks to the kindness and goodness of people (many of them from Websleuths) that Travis' loved ones are receiving support in many ways.
I am grateful that we are close to rebuttal.
I am grateful for Websleuths, all those who work hard to keep it running and all the members on here. It's much easier to deal with this trial with all of you around.

If ALV has problems it's because she allowed herself to be duped. If there is anyone to blame it's the DT for not allowing her access to ALL information that was available in this case. She could get out of this if she just tells the truth, that's why we are here, or I am. I hope that she admits her short comings.
