I am very curious to see what questions the jury pose.

In the case of the JA questions I found they gave me the impression the jury was calling JA on her lies and inconsistencies and I loved every question for that reason.

Can't wait to gauge how the jury is receiving ALV's opinions and demeanor.

About this 'gun'.

To even force yourself into believing Travis had a gun is almost an impossible feat. Why didn't anyone know about this gun? Not even his roommates (who were in potential danger with a firearm in the house) knew. Nor his best friend, Chris. And Jodi even admitted Travis didn't own a gun. The fact that she re-invented it speaks for itself.

No one is likely to keep a gun for protection (because it wasn't for fun or for hunting seeing he couldn't carry it anywhere without a permit WHICH...he didn't have) and keep it far from reach on top of some closet.

What purpose is it serving up there? That's like buying a spare tire then...leaving it in your garage. Placing it somewhere where it's not useful is fruitless. Unless of course we're to believe Travis expected to catch burglars in his closet one day!! The whole gun-the-closet theory is ridiculous.

To those that criticize JM, I say this:

He gives a voice to those that no longer have one.
He gives a voice to those that remain who have endured pain, loss and suffering.

He may use any tone he chooses as it represents the outrage many survivors feel. I don't care if his critics like it or not.

His words empower those who feel they have none. His love of justice is palpable. He chooses to right the wrongs where possible, to the extent they can be. JMV

I believe it depends on how many questions there are. When JM got done questioning JA, there were 100 questions and, yes, it took awhile for them to go through them all. If there are, say, 20, I don't think it will take long at all.

I haven't heard any estimates about how many there are yet, but I don't watch much of the talking head things, just Beth Karras. Only thing I have heard were they were begining to accumulate once JM spoke with Ms. ALV. Have you heard anything ?

I think that one and the previous one "Are you angry with me Mr. Martinez?" will stick with the jury deeply.. and really blew her credibility as a reliable and biased witness towards the defense. Right now IMHO she's as credible as Jodi was on the stand
