I'm still in PC-helpdesk-mode! So to fill the down time here's how I screen grab:

There's a button on most keyboards in the top row (often to the left of the Delete button) marked Prt Sc. When you want to keep a copy of what's on your screen, including during video playback, click that button and the action is captured and saved to your clipboard.

Open some simple image manipulation software. On my Windows based system I use Microsoft Paint which can be found in the Accesories folder on the Start Menu.

Choose 'paste' from your software menu and the saved screen image will appear. 'Save as' a jpeg, gif, png, or whatever you fancy, to a folder of your choice.

Tweak, annotate and distribute to your heart's content!

With a caveat that on SOME computers, the Prt Scn button shares a function with something else. If the Prt Scn is on top of the other function, you need to press the SHIFT key to make it do a print screen. I don't have to do that with my newer laptop, but I did with several older ones.

Devil's Advocate here I guess; but, I thought JW did a pretty good job this morning. The part about Travis being a liar himself, i.e., virginity, double life, secrets, and some of his fetishes came out. Pig tails, little girl orgasm, wearing the garmets, yet still having animal sex, etc., etc.

Why oh why did TA even have sex with that psycho on June 4???

Now, I DO hope Jodi gets the DP. I believe she premeditated TA's murder. She won't "actually" get put to death, but she'll sit alone ALOT and won't be in any more singing contests.

I just don't get all the comments about TA here, the sweet and kind and funny and all that. Isn't there a little weirdness and hypocrisy here? He TRULY did NOT deserve what he got.

Listen, TA and JA had a toxic relationship. TA came to the act of sex late in life. And as any "normal" guy would, he liked sex. Travis had flaws, we all do. A Double Life, NO. The only thing Travis concealed, or lied about or kept secret was what he did with JA. Travis' fatal flaw was not understanding how malicious and evil his Killer was. Travis was loved by many and missed by most. The DT slowly murders Travis day after day with lies. If I choose to describe him as kind and good and funny its because he was. RIP Travis, you deserve peace.

I believe within the core of my being, her grandfather's old gun jammed. That happens when they don't undergo proper maintenance and/or cleaning.

I believe she sneaked into the house, caught him sleeping......played head games...forced him into the shower at gun point and the gun jammed after the first shot.

Many many people believe the gun shot came first despite what the forensic experts 'think'. BUT it was to the State's advantage not to argue that because stabbing someone in the shower can only indicate premeditation because you don't start taking 'Calvin Klein' photos, drop the camera (as stated) and just happen to have a knife on you after you get 'body slammed'.

Jodi's story is SO unbelievably contrived and manufactured that it's laughable.

We have talked in great length about the judge's lack of time management with this case. This is another prime example. If they are just now reviewing juror questions, then surely the judge could have shortened the lunch to only 1 hour. And on top of that, it was obvious the juror questions were lengthy, so since this was known in advance, then surely the judge knew this would take some time to review. So why allow the jury and lawyers to take a lunch and then immediately come back and then make the jury wait even longer now for them to review the questions.

IMO, even though I want what little they will give us today (if any),
It should have been obvious to the judge that she should have excused the jury for the day BEFORE LUNCH, and just let them go home to their families.

I have said it before, and I continue to say that this judge has absolutely no respect for the jurors. She is treating them like employees or even worse.
