These jurors are awesome - great questions!

Ok don't lynch me -- but I feel a TEENSY bit of empathy for Alyce because it is really obvious she was hoodwinked by the defense and MUCH relevant information was withheld from her.
Just let me show you those autopsy pix, minor. That'll erase any residue.

I sense a ***** in the jury box.......

It's a shame JM can't film the juries reactions to study for later so he can hone in on answers they actually listen to.

this is now me.

I need catnip.

I still think Jury is on target. But I dislike ALV's blah blah ...

dominant aggressor?

How dare Travis Alexander disparage teaching as a profession:

Low pay, stupid administration, dumb parents, low denominator curriculum, snotty kids, and general lack of respect including people making snide remarks about "getting off for the summer" while the teacher is probably trying to get hours at CostCo. Dreams totally dashed.

What's not to like?

So Jodi killing Travis was "lashing out", but Travis sending a strongly worded IM was over-the-top RAGE. okay

Dominant aggressor = Inflictor of more stab wounds than the other

I just can't. She comes across as so 'pro' DV to me that she just took the ball and ran with it. I just don't understand how someone with so many years of experience hasn't become more able to recognise what is and isn't DV instead of seemingly almost calling everything that a man does DV.

Mr Martinez is going to have a great time with these answers...

How nice, JA is considered a "survivor", not a "victim" because it sounds better. Too bad Travis doesn't have the opportunity for such a title.

Ugh, HLN commercials set me back like thirty minutes in testimony. I feel pretty positive about the questions, but there are a couple that don't settle well.

  • #1,975
Wow, great question...she didn't write about jealousy because of the laws of attraction!

  • #1,976
JA has never been anyone's victim!!!!!

I would never lynch you my dear sweet Minor but my friend I do not share your empathy for this woman. She just cant be this gullible. This is a bought opinion plain and simple and that is why she will not give an inch.

IMO

Q: You stated there was nothing in Jodi's journals', emails etc that there was nothing to indicate she was jealous. Wouldn't that be consistent with her belief in the Law of Attraction?

Jury: You have used the term survivor several times..can a survivor be a perp?

Yes Jodi is the survivor AND the perpetrator!!! Travis is indeed the victim and did not survive the vicious attack. The jury has her number folks. Her bs-speak is not convincing them out of common sense! They are calling her on all her baloney. Yoo hoo!!!

Q: "You stated that there was nothing in Jodi's journals, emails, etc. indicating that Jodi was jealous. Wouldn't that be something consistent with Jodi's beliefs regarding the Laws of Attraction?"

Q: "Could a female abuse, batter, or terrorize a man to the point of killing him?"

Pow!
