Clearly, at least some of the jurors get what's been happening. Honestly, I predict a very short deliberation process, a first degree murder conviction and either DP or LWOP. The DT and JA must already know this. It's especially true given that we haven't even heard the rebuttal case and JM's summation.

Major misstep.

Equating JA's lies with Lance Armstrong, etc... basically a whole bunch of liars who are now despised.

ALV doesn't think on her feet well. She needs coaching. Wilmott & Nurmi should have told her "the less said the better". She testifies like she is giving a speech at one of her conferences.

I am SO GLAD they didn't get overnight to prep answers for these questions. That is a MAJOR plus!!!

Disney is extremely protective of their property. They have stopped day care centers from using images on their buildings. I have no doubt that the legal team at Disney is working on this in order to stop alv from using their trademarked characters in her presentations because she is using them in a context that does not project the image that Disney so closely protects. Maybe I need to send an inter office email to make sure they are aware of how she is trashing the character if Snow White. She is probably the most cherished of all of our princesses, because she was the first.

I don't really read it that way. I think some of these questions are testing Alyce's knowledge and willingness to give factual information as opposed to spinning everything in Jodi's favor. We'll see ...

She is not answering what the jury is asking -- she is filtering everything through her view of Travis as an abuser of women. I don't think that's what the jury wants to know.
