OMG this b makes me sick

Even the jury pointed out her abusive ways and she excuses that...blames it on being a teenager.

Q: "Why would a perpetrator be abusive in one relationship but not another?"

Zing!

Wow! just...WOW!

ALV is quite a contortionist. She sure moves in some amazing ways to excuse JA.

  • #1,187
She was not a teenager when she kicked her mom. How conveniently she omits that.

  • #1,188
Sooo kicking, slapping your mom (or an innocent animal) is not abuse as long as your a teen according to alv?? This is whack.

  • #1,189
Bias, bias, bias! If Travis had kicked and hit his mother as a teenager, LaViolette would have testified he would be a future abuser.

an angry teen? Sure kicking a defenseless dog is just an angry teen?

  • #1,191
Oh goodness. JA was only abusive as a teen not as an adult and oops please everyone just ignore the moving out of Mesa mom-kicking event.

  • #1,192
OMG No physical violence - the question TOLD you she KICKED her mom??????????????????????

  • #1,193
Teenagers cannot be abusers? She has no proof of her kicking her mother?

What is wrong with this person who believes only choice things?

She just sealed he fate right there, IMO.

omg, his relationship with JA was only 5 months tops!!

Oooh, the jury is asking about the episodes of Jodi kicking, hitting, slapping her mother and calling her sister stupid.

ALV: She was young, angry. That's part of their history. She hasn't seen any evidence of physical violence as Jodi was an adult

Well, if it depends upon the level of intimacy, that leaves JA out, Alyce. There was no close relationship. It is a construction of her imagination.

  • #1,197
This is so insane. Honestly she is never going to see the light. It's not going to happen.

  • #1,198
How about 28 yo's who kick their mothers.

  • #1,199
In light of all the prior testimony the jury has heard, ALV's very selective lens makes her comments seem unreliable. I think her answers clearly help the prosecution. She does not get what the jury has already seen and witnessed from Jodi. In that sense, I hurt for her every time she talks. Every word points out that she is out of touch with what the jury has already discovered. It discounts her testimony incredibly.

According to one Canadian study of women who have murdered their intimate partners - 25% were actually abused by their victim.
